The newly designed junior suites (living room and bedroom combined) are very spacious and equipped with a double bed and a comfortable pull-out sofa for two persons. Most family rooms feature a balcony or a terrace.
You can also go by bus into the center.
The busstation is about 200m far from the house.
Pets are allowed in the hotel. Fee: EUR 5 per day.

Loved the pool for the kids in the evening and the restaurant was wonderful for dinner and the free breakfast. Finally, a room that fit us all very comfortably! We were all able to stay together in the the same suite (no paying for two seperate rooms and having to split up the parents) and the price was very reasonable. |

Service at the Evening meal was very good and cheerful waitress. Nice room .I think they had taken trouble to create twin beds for us .Excellent service . A bit close to a noisy road . Possibly the proximity of the outdoor pool / the water produced mosquitoes . |

My reservation was made 2 months before the trip .I choose it based on the images posted on the site . Unfortunately the reality was total different and my impression was to receive the worst room for 3 persons . The most inconveniant thing is represented by the "doors" of the bathroom - there is not a classical door and you don't have any intimacy. Nobody ask you how do you feel and if you need something . It is pity because in town ( Salzburg) the people is really nice. |

Scenic location, convenient to SAlzburg and surrounding area. Ventilation in rooms not great, and road noise outside discourages opening windows. |

everything was perfect.they have indoor and outdoor pools,sauna,body massage.They have everything at breakfast.It's a quiet area even there are family with kids.The parking is safe wireless internet only in the reception area. |

Friendlyness of the management & staff; very nice and clean rooms; whenever we need to stay in the neighbourghood of Salzburg, we will surely come back to your hotel and will recommend it to friends & family. Lack of light on mirror in bathroom (too dark for shaving). Restricted choice on menu in restaurant. |

Great location, close to Salzburg. Free parking on site. Bathroom was clean and nice. More of a homey, inn feeling rather than large hotel chain. They had play sets and toys out in the back yard area for kids. Has a connected restaurant that is reasonably priced. Everyone is very friendly. The sign for the hotel is very small and makes it difficult to find. GPS had a hard time locating it as well. Had to scroll down on the GPS list of addresses to find it (search for Gerl on GPS). |

The location of the hotel is excellent (10 min. from Salzburg and aprox. 20 min. to the ski resorts, termal baths...).The indoor pool was great for the kids after the skiing day.The staff is very friendly and helpful. |

Everything was ok, not luxurious but comfortable and clean. Closed to Salzburg centre, free swimming pool, own parking. Very gentle staff. The menu of the restaurant is quite poor and, pity, it is allowed to smoke inside. |

The reception staff - Was friendly, helpful and prepared to assist us in English. The indoor swimming pool was great - even while it was freezing outside.The family room allocated to us was spacious and the bathroom was larger than what we expected. The breakfast was good. During supper there was only one friendly and helpful waiter. At peak times this causes some kind of delay. The hotel is not on a well serviced bus route - you have to wait long and the last evening bus is just before 20:00. The smoking in the dining room was not a pleasant experienced and resulted in us leaving the room early. |

This is a beautifully remodeled hotel. I found the furnishings quaint and colorful, in bright, airy, open rooms. The receptionist was intelligent and genuine, and very informative. The restaurant menu is very plain, but reasonably priced. The bathroom in the room in which we stayed bespoke the true age of the building. Although clean, it was needs remodeling to fit the beauty of the rest of the setting. Although there was nothing wrong with it's functionality, it just looked out of date. The restaurant is immediately next to the indoor pool, and smells strongly of chlorine when you first enter. We were quick to adjust to it. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we went back to Austria! The room we stayed in was very warm....too warm for us! Other thatn that everything was fine!! |
