Friendly personnel, rooms very clean. And for me very important: the bathroom. They ha a nice shower with good water pressure, a big mirror and it was very clean. I could not find any spider web or anything like this...it was great.

It is in fact close to a motorway and maybe a little noisy...but we just closed the windows and slept like babies.

The Staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk to the kitchen. Room 26 was really well decorated and gave a Tyrolean feel to the place.

Free wifi in the room. Rich breakfast.

Location is a bit out of Salzburg.

We travelled with a two year and a four year old. The hotel double room was a good size for the kids too roam at night and it offered a couch/ sofa bed which our 4 year old used. The hotel had a crib setup in our room prior to our arrival which was nice as well. The bathroom shower had a 1/2 wall to keep water in; the half wall was capable of swinging in or out which was convenient however with young children expect a wet mess none the less. Bathroom had sink and toilet and some of the best smelling Hotel soap I've experienced in ages. Room also had a stocked mini fridge with purchasable drinks (beer, wine, soda and water) as well as a flat screen which we were able to hook up to our computer to play videos for the kids. Due to our schedule/ time of year (October) we were unable to use outdoor pool, swing/ slide for kids or the giant chess set however the indoor pool was a pleasant 86 degrees (f). The breakfast was good offering hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with bacon bits (delicious). It offered a nice cold cut and cheese spread as well as multiple cereal/ bread choices. Coffee, juice, water and Milk topped off the meal... For our two year old- a bit on the picky side we were able to bring the cereal he likes and use the hotel dishware and milk which allowed us to eat in. The staff was also incredible, bilingual with good English and helpful wherever they could.

The towels were a bit thin and too few for our four person family but how many hotels have amazing towels?

A little close to a busy road if you are on the front side of the hotel, but most of the hotel is set back from the road.

The friendly staff. Mr Gerl helped us a lot in solving a small problem we had with our room Excellent service!!!

They treat you as a guest at their home, would do anything to please you. The location was awesome, so near to the city that you can walk. The price was very reasonable. It is also quite place.

The furniture is a little bit old. WiFi didn't work in our room and we notified them about the problem and they couldn't fix it. spiders web in the room.

The owners were very friendly. The pool and breadfast was wonderful. Room was very clean. The yard was child friendly.

The noise from the major road in front of the hotel made it hard to sleep with the windows open.

Very l staff wonderful breakfast and it was a feast!

Good location - just 10 mins drive from centre of Salzburg. Clean, airy, well decorated, although slightly small rooms. Parking on site with easy access to rooms with luggage. We had a garden room which was lovely to sit out in during the morning. I would recommend this hotel. It's lovely and, good value for money ... and the car park was packed solid which says a lot! Good facilities although we didn't have enough time to enjoy them as we had a busy schedule.

Had a very nice stay. The indoor and outdoor pool / Trampoline / Huge Chess set was great entertainment for our family. Really close to the Salzburgwerks and Konigssee parking area, 20 minutes max. Very good location for travellers wanting to stay in the area, but not feel like they are in a "touristy" place.

Very good hotel, no problems with dogs

It was close to the highway and nice place to stay for a stopover after a long trip. It has a wellness area with sauna that we loved very much after sitting all day long in the car.

Tolles Hotel für eine Shoppingtour in Salzburg, Lage direkt neben der Autobahnausfahrt Salzburg West,sehr freundliches Personal, grosses Familienzimmer.

Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
