Very high class hotel, central location old world charm

Breakfast is not up to par for this kind or hotel - paisties are not morning baked and some juices are not fresh. Skip hotel breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the Ring in the centre of town only 300 metres from the Opera. The staff and concierge are highly trained/skilled and service is almost instantaneous. I had my tastiest Vienna Schnitzel ever in their cafe. Taxis are summoned immediately from the nearby rank. The room was large with high ceilings and beautifully furnished and the bed, when converted from 2 singles to a king, was extremely comfortable.

My only complaint is the wifi service which simply did not work after logging in from room 203 meaning I had to go to the business centre on the Mezzanine every time I accessed the net for e-mails, travel info. etc. At 9 euros per hour this adds 18 euros per day to the stay. Why does the occasional hotel still insist on treating this communication medium as a privilege for which you must pay rather than what it is, an essential fact of life in the 21st century which has all but replaced the telephone.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Wien. Von da aus sind die schönsten Museen, die Oper, die Hofreitschule, ect. In Kürze zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind nicht renoviert und sehr angestaubt.

Traditionspflege und kompetente Bedienung.

Dieses Hotel bietet wirklich alles was man sich auch als verwöhnter Hotelgast wünschen kann: Luxus, beste Lage,freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal,Gemütlichkeit, wunderschönes Ambiente. Ein Hotel der Superlative !!! Es gibt wirklich nichts ,was man kritisieren kann oder uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Le personnel est très aimable. La propreté est remarquable.la situation est bonne.

Deux commentaires:1-- le prix du petit-déjeuner est excessifpour la nourriture servie:39€/personne. 2-- la décoration est un peu tape-à-l'oeil .et nous n'avons pas retrouvée l'ambiance feutrée du XIXème. C'est sans doute que cet hôtel s'adresse à une clientèle argentés de nouveauxriches.

Fueron muy amables, inclusive nos dieron un up grade de habitacion, atencon esmerada y muy buen restaurante

Unica cosa veniale....in camera vi e' la tv con annesso Internet, ma lo schermo e' obsoleto e I collegamenti sono impossibili, non vi e' I mouse, ma sulla tasiera una piccola rotella vecchia e di antiquata concezione...
