For me it's ideal because it's on the edge of the old city center and near the theater. Easy accessible by car. Nothing |

I loved the spacious room, the friendly staff and easy acess to shopping and tourist venues. Would definitely stay again. The bed was too firm. The pillows too flat. Not great for mature backs and necks! |

The terrace-spa is the most wonderful spa I have ever been. 1) The cleaniness of the bathroom was not at all sufficient. In the bath tub, I have found from the very first moment two hairs. Also the toillette did not have the paper writing "disinfected". 2) One day an employee from the service told me that the kitchen was closing every day at 10.00 p.m. and the other day because I wanted only a chilli sauce, without having ordered from the hotel's restaurant, they told me that at 9.00 p.m. the hotel's kitchen was closed and they could not bring me that. They did not need to lie to me. Every client would have understood that. 3) The telephone at the room did not work. |

Excellent staff and facilities. On-site parking was a real plus. Very good position and rooms mostly quiet. Some rooms could be noisy toward the front of the hotel as it is on the main street. There is double glazing however, so it is ok if you don't have to have the window open. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was good and easy to find. When asked about good nearby restaurants, the desk staff member recommended an excellent restaurant that was close by called the "Weisses Roessl" at 8 Kiebachgasse, located on a second floor with main street entrance. |

Hotel Innsbruck has a very central location Bed had a broken base - most uncomfortable. Hotel full,so no room change was possible. Spent night trying to sleep in a chair. Manager offered a discount on accommodation-10%. Took advantage of tourists. |

The best thing about this hotel is the on site parking garage with elevator (one for the car, and one to take you to your floor). A rare thing on our trip to Europe! The location was great and just around the corner from the old city. The wellness area (pool, sauna, etc.) is excellent, including a room with a lot of very good exercise machines. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. The staff was great. They answered all our questions and made suggestions (like; get an Innsbruck Card - which is so worth it. We did not have the 'breakfast included' option, so it would have been Euro 16. But, we found a wonderful bakery/cafe just down the street. In fact there are many places to have breakfast nearby. |

The hotel was in an excellent location and had excellent facilities. The room was large and we had an excellent view of the mountains. It was 500 yards from the old city. The room was quiet, despite the location of the hotel on a busy street. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and seemed to be fluent in many languages and very welcoming |

Friendly & attentive service in a great central location. Good sized clean room with cot provided as requested. Access within the car park can be a challenge if you have a family sized vehicle. Would have utilised a restaurant if one was available in the evening. Having said that there are great restaurants nearby. |

The location is centraly located in Innsbruck. The views from the hotel were spectacular. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The price for the value was excelent. I would highly recommend the Hotel Innsbruck to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back. Nothing, everything was perfect. |

Great location to pedestrian shopping and dining area and the Innair river. Nice indoor pool (although shallow) which is quite rare in Innsbruck. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely not 4 star quality. Rooms and hallway carpets look dirty from age and use. Walls with visible patchwork and also look dirty. Furniture is quite basic; the mattresses are extremely hard and can feel the springs. No in-room internet access. Doesn't compare well to typical Novotel which is less expensive. |

Center location, excelent service and good facilities (small sweeming pool, sauna, big bath in the room). Parking is hard for big cars. some of the walls need painting and the TV is small (I would expect better for the room price). |

I liked, at all, the Kindness and help of the hotel's staff. Moreover the spa area. The parking service should be included in the price. |

Very pleasantly surprised-the hotel was really nice, the location was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was large, though without a view (garret-style dormer windows). The bathroom was small, but very nice, wiyh a great shower. Best breakfast-quality and selection, of any place we stayed on our three week trip to Europe. We would stay there again, if we are ever back in Innsbruck. Recommend it highly, for the price and quality. Beds not very comfortable-a perennial complaint for me. |

Room with a fabulous view on the river and the mountains. Excellent location at the edge of the old centre. Staff was very helpfull in getting luggage from the underground parking to the room Use of the hotel parking is not for the faint-hearted as it involves using a lift and narrow parking spaces; effective though. Airco stops working after midnight because of energy conversation. Opening the window is not a solution with traffic outside. |

Nice hotel, good location with reasonable sized rooms, clean and quiet. I opted out of breakfast, at that price it would need to be really special. |

A very traditional hotel located in the city center, totally renovated, with a typical Tyrolean atmosphere. The restaurant offers international and Austrian dishes. |
The Austria Trend Hotel Congress is perfectly situated close to the Congress Center, the theatre, the historic old town of Innsbruck and many shopping opportunities. |
The Hilton Innsbruck is situated in the heart of the Olympic town Innsbruck. It takes only 5 minutes walking time to the historic old town with its famous sights. |
This hotel is located right in the city centre, close to the world famous Maria-Theresienstrasse and the Old Town. |
