Very nice location, near the old town of the city. Relaxing with spa/pool in the basement and convenient with private parking (for an extra fee though). Breakfast could have been included in the price. 16 Euro per person per night is pretty much when you travel with family.

Good size room, clean and modern. Comfy beds. Great pool and showers. Parking. Ideal location. Everything one needs is within easy walking distance. Two single beds and duvets pushed together. Single duvets seem standard in Austria.

location was fab-eautiful Old Toen, 10 min walk to funicular trip to top of mountain. Innsbruck is a beautiful city both the architecture, public space and of course the mountains. Hotel Innsbruck was great with very helpful staff, squeeky clean, interesting facilities - pool plus various saunas. Had breakfast in one of many charming restaurants/ bakeries in old town - not at hotel. Only issue was new internet system accessed through TV didn't work well for us - could reach Google but not my email site. Was able to use the wifi in lobby to email. Also it seems common in austria to have 2 mattresses on double bed.

This was an anniversary trip and we were treated very well. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the room fantastic with superb views, the breakfast buffet brilliant with everything you could possibly want. The pool and wellness centres very good. This hotel is ideally situated for all the local tourist highlights easily accessible using the Innsbruuk card. One of the best city breaks we've had and we'll certainly go back. No food available in the evenings (maybe the time of year) but many good local restaurants available locally. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which I thought 4* would have.

I liked the location best about this hotel. Right outside my room was the river, and a perfect view of the mountains. There are restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. The free internet was great as well, even though it wasn't wireless. the pool and facilities were very clean. The parking is expensive, yet you are paying for security more than anything. if you car isn't worth it, there is a parking garage across the street for cheaper prices. Plus the town is clean and almost everyone keeps to themselves. The breakfast should be included with your stay. I paid 60euros for my husband and I and we stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel situated in the city center, close to the most of sightseeings, the river and mountains. The view from our room was very beautiful. Wellness center was very good and helpful after skiing. Cookies on the reception suddenly disappeared after end of high season.

The hotel is extremely well located. It was good to have a mini bar and some free movie channels when we wanted a break from the cold snowy weather. Nice pool and spa areas. We decided against breakfast at the hotel as it was too expensive. The rooms facing the street can be a little noisy if the window is open.

The location was perfect as far as what we wanted to see and do - all within walking distance. A bit of a long walk from the train station, but doable.

Best location out! Near the river, shops, old town. There was good facilities on the lower and upper floors. Comfortable and clean room. Confusing if you had to be nude in the upstairs wellness area.

Good hotel, good location, excellent parking. Part of staff was not so friendly. The corridors have tile floors which make a lot of noise when luggage or cleaning carts are being dragged around. Pool is small and not so warm, the steam bath was not working.

Loved the spacious room with balcony Staff was very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. Great location downtown and close to skiing. Walk to shops and restaurants. Innsbruck is a beautiful city. Hotel has indoor pool with sauna, steam room, etc. Great breakfast buffet. On site parking is an additional cost. Saunas don't operate until late afternoon, I would prefer they operate all day. Wireless Internet shuts off at 11:00 pm and turns back on at 6:00 am. I had problems with wireless for several days. Staff was very helpful in trying to solve problem but it was still a nuisance. View from balcony not great (view of interior courtyard roofs and other windows). Buffet pricey.
