Good location and breakfast. Room was big enough. Nice mountain view.

Great location! Middle of the Altstadt, you can walk to all the highlights and when you step outside there are shops and restaurants around the corner. Clean, comfortable and there is a pool plus a spa-area. If there is no parking in the hotel, you can park in one of the parkings in the city for the same price. One is just accross the street.

Breakfast at 16 euro is expensive. I would suggest just going to one of the bakeries of cafes in town - for much less you can get a great breakfast at for instance Katzung or one of the many bakers by Ruetz.

The hotel is extremely central, right by the old town. The spa area on the 6th floor is small but very nice. We didn't use the pool are but saw it was nice and large.

Breakfast and parking are not included in the price and are quite expensive. The mattresses were very soft.

The room was clean and modern.

We found the barman rude and not willing to give good service. There was repair work for the air conditioner being carried out and there was a crane outside out window all night.The work went on until 4am.

The location is great. The staff is friendly. The room is large. The bathroom is quite large and has a full bathtub.

Not dislikes so much as things to be aware of: The on-site parking is for less than 20 cars and must be reserved in advance (I missed that requirement). There are parking garages within reasonable walking distance, though. The room was quite smoky. This is just something to be aware of or ask about in advance of the stay. Innsbruck is a town where many people smoke and the room was likely just representative of the area..

We wish there had been a Jacuzzi in the spa area on top floor.

Everything apart from the 2 points in the negatives box. The view from the hotel was amazing.

The room temperature was extremely hot and required windows to be opened but the room was on a main road and there was only one pillow which was quite flat.

The location is terrific. The breakfast is good.

The staff is not too friendly, and some things are absent. It's ridiculous: I had a mini-bar in my room but I didn't have a bottle-opener to open them. The staff can not recommend good places to eat in the city or the right ways to walk in the surroundings, like they do in smaller "family hotels".

Poor evening dinner arrangements ,we went to eat at 8.30pm and they told us the chef had finished for the night even though they advertise a 10.30 pm close.The also do not realy cater for British people,newspapers availiable in the breakfast room cater for Germain speaking people

The Hotel is perfect Situated in the heart of Innsbrück. The parking underneath the hotel is perfect.

Location is perfect! The room was clean and large, so we were staying with two children and haven't any problems. The price was more than reasonable.

They duly changed the battery of the safe (which I told them was weak), and didn't warn me that they would be compelled to change the code. I should have imagined this, and it's absolutely a minor problem, but for a while I thought my memory had gone... ;-)
