Score from 1089 reviews Very good
- Excellent location - Large and comfortable room - Good breakfast
- Staff was not friendly
Friendly and helpful staff. Sauna and pool.
Nothing comes to mind.
Bar staff very accommodating. Car elevator an experience!
Invasive Texan tourists in bus load, not hotels fault. Room very warm.
Location was perfect. Just at the edge of the old town and within walking distance to most places of interest. Room size was good.
The wifi was slow and intermittent. The bathroom was cramp and the bathtub was exceptionally slippery.
Room, staff, location.
Coffee and tea machines only in the halls, not in the room.
Massage services could have been better
Situated right next to the old town, behind an unassuming façade, a very comfortable modern hotel. Good sized swimming pool for a hotel, with sauna, great for relaxing after a day touring the sights or skiing.
Bedroom far too hot! Seems criminal, but left the window open all day (about -2 degrees outside) but had to close it at night because of early morning street noises.
The location was good, restaurant and breakfast were pretty good. Great view from our window.
Twin room instaed of a double.
The room was very clean
It was cold in the room, and heater worked poorly
All was great
The location to the old town was perfect. The staff was very kind and well versed in English. The double room was very spacious and clean. Both wellness areas seemed to be above average. Morning breakfast had both American (eggs, bacon) and European (breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts) to chose from.
the staff were very friendly.
Received an 'upgrade' to a room that stank of cigarettes. They froze money before arriving, then charged the same amount again for the room and didn't unfreeze the first sum of money until a week after we left.
Situated at the river and beside the walking area of the city. Close to sights and restaurants and a stones throw away from the 'goldenes dackel'. Great breakfast, good wi-fi. I would definitely stay again.
location, pool, Innsbruck,
5 star hotel absolutely excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Located in the old, central part of city on the river. Everything you need nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool, sauna and steam room were wonderful to use after a day in the city and the breakfast was varied and of great quality.
Your receptionist (I forgot her name) that was working most of the time during our stay (young girl, light brown hair) was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful, polite and fun! She made us feel very welcome. Give her a raise!
The hotel is well located for both exploring the town and the local mountains. The rooms are surprising large and comfortable.
However, the furniture was a bit out of date.
Hotel Innsbruck was the perfect location for our stay over Christmas. The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was clean. It is not a fancy hotel, but it fit all our needs and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Innsbruck.
- great location - good hotel amenities - great wellness area - few steps to the pick-up point of free ski bus - very good selection for breakfast - parking in the hotel
breakfast service was unfriendly, especially the elderly woman
The pool was fabulous, perfect temperature, lovely and well maintained with sauna, steam. The nude pool on the roof was a bit of a shock, and would have preferred it to be clothing optional so we could have used it, but it too was lovely.
No cups in bathroom, inconsistent product replacement, coffee machine on floor often without cups, no milk.
Perfect location Excellent staff Great service
Nice hotel in a great location with a wonderful breakfast
The girl on the reception !
If I had known more about the wellness area ... I would have spent more time there. Parking for people with vehickles 2m20cms in height is almost impossible.
