location hotel staff room there wasn't anything to not like at this hotel.
room was very quiet and clean. Service was excellent.
Always two twin beds instead of 1 double bed.
Swimming pool is opened at 6 am, perfect to start the day!
Handy location, very comfortable
Room was very comfortable. Besides the location is very close to old city and Inn river where is the center of city sightseeing.
Entrance of Parking is very narrow.
The facilities, spa's, pool area and the great staff. Great facility close to lots of shopping and resteraunts within walking distance.
Didn't like having to leave so soon.
What was there not to like!!! Great Hotel. By the river. Great views. Just around the corner from the Old Town and the attractions. Good size room and bathroom. We had to pay 16 euro each for breakfast but worth it, especially when compared to what was on offer in the local coffee shop. Happy, helpful and friendly staff. I could go on and on but you get what I'm saying. I would certainly stay there every time! Fabulous place.
Having to leave!
A lot of caring to detail - the wellness areas, saunas and swimming pool are not PR stunts but real and well laid out for your convenience. New rooms and breakfast approaching five star. Most staff very friendly and accomodating, had a perfect welcoming check-in. [But a quite standard non-personal check-out.] Guest internet access in the lobby is fine for me. Really enjoyed my short stay at this place - you need not ask for more.
Well, I could point to a very few items in the public area needing a repair but thats mostly because of the hotel's otherwise high rate of thought-about good details. Hotel also accomodates tourist groups, ie. not a "real" boutique hotel.
Hotel Innsbruck has a bit 'claustrophobic' garage, when one has to take an elevator with the car, but eventually it works very well. It is very well situated.
I was surprised as I thought that I have paid 189€ for the suite, but it turned out that I had to pay extra for another person who was with me; nevertheless, then they have arranged free breakfast for both.
Perfect location. Loved the indoor pool too. Would definitely stay there again.
Unhelpful staff, won't answer your question about the city & tour, telling you to go to info. Service directly Not clean in the room, found a dead cockroach in the box of ceiling light, omg, have to look at it when you lay down in the bed。 not match with its price
Tea and Coffeemaking facilities very inadequate, swimming pool very small, massage facilities poor.
Located adjacent to old town so close to sights and restaurants, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent wifi, and had included nice breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect-right in the middle of Innsbruck's Old City. It's easy to get around the city with the bus system and the tram. I don't think we saw one taxi when we were there-only there for one day. It's a very clean city. Hotel Innsbruck is a delight especially Sarah on the front desk. We call her "Miss Easy" because she made everything easy. The pool room is amazing. It has a sauna, showers, massage area, steam room.
The bus system was a little confusing but I'm sure it would be very easy to use if we were there for a few days.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet with a view of the river. The elevator for the car was fun.
Nothing comes to mind
Best location in town, staff extremely kind.
Pelow is not too good.
Everything about the hotel, the location, the view, the room, the staff and ofcourse the good breakfast
Big, cosy room. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Good bed. Quiet.
Uncomfortable beds, worst pillows I've ever encountered, old fashioned decor, no breakfast and fairly noisy.
Location Cleanliness Parking
Bed mattresses are separated- bad for a couple
We had a good room, reasonably spacious with view as requested. This was a more expensive room, so I would expect this but it was good to get what we paid for. We enjoyed the view, and he ability to open windows was very good. Also good to have cooling air-conditioning, even though it was not particularly hot, we used it at night. The location was very good and we were able to get to most places on foot. Even the train station was manageable even though it was a bit of a walk. We found the lifts efficient, and there was little delay getting to and from our room – which sometimes happens in large hotels
We had virtually no interaction with desk staff, as they were always somewhere else or behind a screen. When we did speak with them they were very pleasant, but there was no friendly hello coming in and out of the hotel as happens in other good hotels. Also, we stayed 8 nights and our sheets were not changed, although towels were. The hotel restaurant was booked out every night during our stay, and if we had been warned about this we could have accepted it (there were plenty of other places to eat) but I was attracted to the restaurant as a place to eat after a long day sightseeing - so to be told I had to eat somewhere else (even if nearby) was disappointing.
The location is excellent! Friendly staff and comfortable room. The panorama wellness area!
The breakfast is overpriced. A swimming pool would have been nice in the panorama wellness area.
Good location , plenty of places to eat nearby. Good underground car park. Nice choice of food for breakfast. Lovely size room and bathroom
Everything was good
Separate toilet from the bathroom
