Alt var helt topp. Rent og pent rom, midt i sentrum. Trivelig personale som alltid kunne svare på spørsmål, kjempebra frokost, flott med sauna/svømmebasseng. Har ingenting å utsette på hotelloppholdet, og heller ingen forslag til forbedring. |

A typical city centre hotel. Helpful staff (very good spoken English), excellent breakfast, cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever seen, fab location for old town (1 minute - loads of good places to eat), Hungerburgbahn 5 minutes walk (a must do ) which takes you to Alpenzoo (superb). Onsite parking was full but there is 24hr underground public parking almost opposite at similar cost. Weather was much warmer than we anticipated and the fan in our 5th floor attic room was okay at cooling the room but was very noisy. The smoking area for the bar is directly inside the front door - which was a bit of a smelly shock on arrival - however rest of hotel was a non smoking zone. |

Nice location, friendly, helpful staff. Great view. Beds were a bit hard. I would suggest that the desk staff not assume two men checking in at the same time are "together". |

The front counter staff were excellent and easy to communicate with. The wellness centre was great especially with children We were not able to get a meal in the evening here. The staff did direct us to a good restaurant that was close by |
