Все было просто замечательно. Отличный завтрак, вид из окна был просто потрясающий. Если снова поедем в этот городо, то останавливаться будем только в этом отеле. Единственный неприятный момент: мы бронировали место на паркинге в отеле, но накануне кто-то приехал без бронирования и занял наше место. |

Комфортный отель, очень хороший персонал, отличное расположение, хороший бассеин. Было немного душновато в номерах и завтрак достаточно однообразен. |

Мы третий раз добровольно останавливаемся в этом отеле. При резервировании номера этот отель постоянно блокирует средства на моей кредитной карте. Блокировку снимать не торопится. Вопрос - это они делают по отношению ко всем клиентам и в чем причина? |

the staff where most accommodating and friendly. The hotel is well situated for exploring the old town. Rooms were clean. the airconditioner did not work or was not clear as to how to work it. we did not call for assistance as we were to leave in a few hours of wanting to use it and didn't want workers about. |

A very welcoming hotel, with friendly, efficient and extremely helpful staff. A very nice (small) pool area with sauna etc. Great breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. |

The staff spoke perfect english and were very helpful. It was centrally located and easy to get to. the pool and sauna were a great addition. The locks were very old fashion and the tv was very old and small. |

Everything. Absolute recommendation! The parking costs 14 Euros per day (but its quite good because at the street costs 1 euro per hour!) |

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is nicely located downtown, very nice spa, very good breakfast. This was my second stay there and I will definitely comeback whenever I am in the area. |

The hotel was in a great location.....right in the old town. The facilities were very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great spa area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms on the street side were a little noisy, but the rooms were spacious and very clean. |

Friendly and capable front staffs were impressive. Very kind system for skiers. Health spa facilities were excellent. To make them better, please study followings; 1) Jacuzzi, 2) More chairs for rest, 3) Sauna available in the morning |

that the free ski bus passes outside the hotel and the position of the hotel is very central with great views. also great breakfast the heaters weren't working for the 1st and the half of the 2nd day of our stay. the pillows and the mattress were uncomfortable. we weren't provided any shampoes, shower gel etc olny but the first day. the absence of a jacuzzi after skiing is a mistake. overall the price is inadequate of what the hotel has to offer |

The location is perfect. Specific members of the staff are excellent and professional. Members of the staff that have poor experience need to be carefully looked after since most of the time their service proves to be from poor to catastrophic. |

Great location. Exactly near the old center and where all the Christmas & New Year's Eve fun was. Staff very polite and answered every question we had. Very relaxing wellness spa area. Great breakfast. I asked at the reception for a fork and a spoon to take them to the room and they said it was 2.20 Euro for it was considered room service. One morning they scheduled a wake up call at 6:30 am by mistake. |
