The hotel was advertised as 4 star when it is a 3 star hotel. The room was clean but the carpet and furniture and decor were warn out. There was a lot of noise outside and the hotel lights at the front of the building came through the tops of windows. |

great breakfast, free carparking, comfortable room, and helpful staff bus loads of very noisy travellers coming in very late and leaving very early with consequent noise and disruption. |

We made a reservation for a double room and we get finally a twin room. After lot of complains, we got finally a discount of 10%. However, the whole situation was extremely unpleasant. |

Ruhige ´Lage , 2,9 Km vom Zentrum , mit der Bus Linie C zu erreichen, Shop- Zentrum in der nähe, sauberes Hotel, schöne und sauber DAch Sauna, gutes Frühstuck im Preis inb., und auch köstliches Essen im Restaurant. Preis - Lustúng verh. stimmt auch. Haben für 2 Nächte übernachtet , das zweite mal schon.Kann ich Die Ausstatung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet für ein 4 Sterne Hotel |

Dalle fotografie riportate sul sito sembrava motlo più bello e confortevole. Per esempio il buffet della colazione era limitato (no croissant, nè yogurt alla frutta), in bagno ho trovato solo 2 bustine per shampoo e 2 piccole saponette, non erano disponibili cuscini e coperte in più. Durante i miei soggiorni in alberghi 4 stelle trovo crema per corpo, ciabattine, accappatoio, struccante, cuscini e coperte in più... |

freundlichkeit der Angestellten, Sauberkeit, angenehme Atmosphäre Frühstück, Eier und Speck waren um 10.oo vertrocknet, wurde nicht nachgereicht, Brötchen konnten nicht nachgefüllt werden,da keine lagernd, sonst o.k., reichhaltig, Wurst und Schinken, Käse waren frisch , Müsliauswahl sehr gut. |

Ho apprezzato l'ampio parcheggio. il ristorante e le abbondanti colazioni. Molto piacevole soggiornare nell'area relax dotata di sauna. Grazioso il terrazzo presente nelle stanze. Mancanza di canali televisivi internazionali e mancanza dell'interruttore per spegnere la luce della stanza dal letto. Il fattore negativo principale dell'hotel e' l'assenza dell'aria condizionata nelle stanze. |

Personalul este amabil si profesionist.Locatia il recomanda atit pentru sejur la ski cit si pentru cumparaturi. Mobilierul este invechit si uzat.Camerele necesita o aducere la standard |

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, ristorante discreto con prezzi contenut. mancava aria condizionata, non è ben segnalato per chi non ha navigatore. è un hotel invernale con arredamenti vecchi ma è comunque accogliente e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Discreto il ristorante con pitti tipici e prezzi accessibili. Conviene provarlo se è tardi perchè chiude alle 22.30. La città è un po' distante. |

Matige prijs en goede kwaliteit eten. Goede kamers met comfort. Afgelegen van de stad, slechts één lift voor dat grote hotel, omgevingslawaai, Anonieme sfeer. |
