Cancellation
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Dinner is comprised of a four course menu.
Comfort double rooms are 30 m² and are furnished with 2 single waterbeds each, including individual thermostats. They also allow up to 2 children up to 12 years old in the double sofa-bed.
Standard double rooms are 18 m² and are furnished with 2 twin beds with traditional mattresses, and they do not allow more than 2 persons.
This is an ideal meeting point in winter and summer for ski lovers. The skibus collects you from the hotel and takes you to the Hochzeiger ski station. In Spring and Autumn the Pitztal Glacier is at your disposal, only 28 km away. Nordic walking and various excursions can be made in the hotel's surroundings.

Ease of communication with the friendly owners. Comfort and cleanliness were exceptionally good. Peaceful and beautiful location. The food was well-cooked and attractively presented. The wines were delightful. We really enjoyed our short stay. One minor point; we think that limiting wi-fi access to one hour is unnecessary and that opening access would make the hotel more attractive to independant business people who need to stay in touch even when on holiday. |
