The location was good, free parking outside the hotel was always possible. We rented a 2-level apartment, so it was great to have a separate restroom (guest restroom) on the first level, while there was a bath with a toilet on the 2nd floor beside the queen size bed. The 2 balconies on the opposite sides of the apartment were excellent: when it was too hot on the one side, you could use the other one. There were several things which made our stay uncomfortable: first, the apartment was too small, tiny kitchen. The double bed was to small, I guess a queen size bed, which for me, being 197cm tall, is not enough. Then the noises from the neighbors came through the wall from both sides, at least not from above being on the top floor. No air- conditioning, so I wonder how people stay here in summer(?). Only 2 cleaning ups per week.

solid hotel. The beds are in the double room are actually two narrow single beds that are adjoined. This means that the construction is somewhat unstable.

Hotel is very close to public transport station for streetcar and railway tot get into city-center easily. Cooking and tea/coffee making facilities are nice for longer stay. Also 1st hour free WiFi per day is a nice gesture (even though not published). Excellent shower. Room is quite small and better for city-trip than business-trip. It takes about 25 min to get to the city center by public transport. After 1st hour free WiFi per day it is rather expensive to use WiFi.

Hotel is little bit far away from city center but public transportation is excellent. Apartment room is very pleasant for family stay especially roof terrace. Apartment cleaning is twice per week but this is clearly stated in advance.

Hotel appartments allow house pets, and appartments sleeps 2 adults & 2 children, close to Strassenbahn bus stop The appartments are actually far too small for 4 people. The rooms are too small. The carpet was absolutely filthy with spots and marks all over. Although I read about this in some reports from Holiday-check before booking, I did not believe it as I thought that some people were exagerating. However, the state of the carpets are a disgrace. Never again in this hotel.

The room had a wonderful balcony with a garden view, and also a mini-kitchen extremely useful. the check-in was very slow; I had asked for an early check-in a few weeks prior to my arrival (and got a confirmation mail, saying they'll at least try to comply), but the reception staff knew nothing about it; they tried to locate the room-key for more than 15 minutes; they withdrew money from my card without asking first what method of payment I would prefer and without noticing me (I later found out when I tried to pay a large amount by card and I had insufficient funds...)

Clean and very good staff. Definitely not a four star class hotel: small room, very small bathroom etc.

Location is pretty good. Direct tram from the hotel to the city center. Equipped mini Kitchen and refrigirator makes which your stay more convinient. The rooms and bathroom are tiny. The furnishing is awfull (airline type) - 100% polyester, tiny pillows. This is a 3 star hotel(definetely not 4 !!), as maximum.Very bad noise proofing in the corridor. You can hear everything.

Budget price and clean, however very basic and décor was very dated A bit far from the city, you have to take a bus to the tube station and then get on the tube to the city. However on a good note the bus stop is right outside hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Room was not as clean as expected. There was dust when under the bed. I also find minibar inspection at 8.30 am absolutely unacceptable. I asked for an early check-in after because we were arriving tired from an overseas flight. They were unaware of that at the reception and the room was not prepared. Our room was next to the stairs and the cleaning staff started making huge noise before 7 am. They say they offer 1hr free internet for every guest, but it is actually just 1hr/room.

Good value for money, good location, convenient connection to the city center, two supermarkets, one drugstore, one drogerie shop, electronics and shoe shops, banks, market, cafeteria and restaurants, McDonalds - all are just next to the hotel, which is quite helpful if you stay longer. And one hour free WiFi is a bonus. That WiFi is only one hour free. The hotel would only get an advantage if WiFi would be free 24/7.

Liked the little private patio with a small table and 2 chairs, as we were on the ground floor. The restaurant, night bar and adjacent coffee shop were lovely to make use of. The kitchen in the Apartment section is a nightmare. The heavy crockery, pots etc. were in a cupboard too high to reach without standing on tiptoe for some, which makes it precarious, or on a chair (for short folk like myself) to take out what is needed. It is actually a rather dangerous arrangement. Also, no coffee-maker. YES - I would recommend making use of the Hotel section instead..... and NO to the Apartment section because of the kitchen. Large folk would also have a great problem in the shower it is miniscule.

The area is perfect and accessible by public transport to the city center. I did liked a lot the balcony in the room. The receptionists are overloaded all the time but they do provide you with good advise on questions that you have. We had a car with us and although there is a paid parking service provided by the hotel you can park for free in the streets around the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked to have in the room is extra pillows as the available ones are too thin, so if you are used to a thick / high pillow you definitely need an extra one.

As before, we found the general facilities to be very good. This time we realised that the nearby public transport is not only convenient for the city centre, but for the truly beautiful Vienna hills. Our particular thanks to the reception staff who quickly sorted out a confusion over our booking and subsequently helped us with the computer system.
