Location is superb, which is why I return and return. Staff is pleasant and competent especially behind the front desk.

Have stayed before so I like it; however, room decor and corridor decor looks a little tired and thus makes it feel expensive for what is there,

The reception was superb; taxi arranged to pick us up at airport (no problem). Facilities excellent; information available about sightseeing and current musical programs. Breakfast buffet sumptuous. Its location was ideal for sight-seeing on foot and getting anywhere we wanted.

The first night in one room (we changed room after trip to Salzburg) was not too comfortable because of the cigarette smoke smell. The soap system was diabolical. Pressing a bottle did not give soap easily and I resorted to using a piece of my own!

although the hotel is situated in the old city area, the room is wide and comfortable. the best location for sight seeing in Wiena!

Very spacious room and bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, in the breakfast room and at the front desk: nothing was too much trouble and the recommendations they made were excellent. Could not fault it.

The location of the hotel in the centre of the Vienne, within walking distances to museums, Stphans dom, Hofburg, shopping , U-Bajn station is excellent. The staff is extremely helpfull and organizes tickets to events and can guide you what to see. They care.

Excellent location in the center of Vienna. The double room is comfortable and the bathroom is big and spacey Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi Internet connection is good, reliable and free.

No toiletries were available in the bathroom, as one expects for the standard of the hotel and price paid. Better quality toilet paper is also recommended. In similar hotels of the same level and price the room was visited in the evening to prepare it to sleep- this is not the practice in this hotel. The dining room is nice but breakfast selection islimited. The guest elevator in the hotel is very very slow. Our room faced the front and noisy construction work in the street started every morning at 8 and lasted till evening.

I like the location in the city. I thought the staff was excellent and very solicitous. I liked the luxurious old world feeling of the building and rooms.

I did not like that my room, though lovely, looked out on an air shaft, so that it was very dark and lights had to be on at all times. I did not like liquid soap, I prefer a bar and I did not like that breakfast was not included.

The staff were polite and friendly. My room was small (priced accordingly) but was perfect for a one night stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The facilities and services are good, the decorations in the hotel is very luxury and beautiful. Staffs are polite, humorous and helpful.

It is noisy in the morning and also at the night. At the morning about 6:00, my neighbours already started to move out or have some activities, and I can hear them clearly whenever they were pulling their luggages, open and shut the door (even softly) and talking. At the night also, after 0:00, there were still some people talking nearby, and their voices are just like talking in my room! It made me hard to sleep well. Moreover, the window at my room is just facing other rooms' windows, so when they went to sleep very late, outside my window is totally bright. So I have to close my curtain and window every night in order to sleep.
