Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 1' λεπτό από τον κεντρικότερο σταθμό του μετρό και δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση σε ότι κι αν ζητήσαμε. Τα δωμάτια πολύ άνετα και καθαρά. Αν και το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολλών ετών έχουν καταφέρει να διατηρούν έναν κλασσικό χαρακτήρα που αν και όχι μοντέρνος είναι πάντα διαχρονικός. |

I like to stay here. This is a good location, friendly staff and imperial atmosphere. All 5 days I stayed there last time it was strong terrible smoking smell in my room - someone who stayed in that room before me smoked inspite of this was non-smoking room... I can't sleep because of that smell. |

Reception was friendly. Although the exact room we booked was not ready, the staff moved us the next day. Breakfasst was well above standard fare. |

This is a traditional Viennese hotel, which is spotless, well decorated, very good breakfast buffet included, generally excellent service. Expensive but recommended for a high quality stay in Vienna. Location is superb near the centre of the city and ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. My wife prefers opening windows rather than using air conditioning and it was a bit noisy in the room first thing each morning with a refuse collecting lorry outside. However, sound insulation is generally excellent and air conditioning works very well. |

I liked this hotel especially because of its location, so close to St. Stephen Cathedral, the opera, the metro station, excellent shopping areas, within walking distance to the Imperial palace and the museums. The decor is beautiful, like imperial times. I loved breakfast, included in the room rate, with an ample selection of food and an excellent service from the waitresses. |

The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in seemed to have been newly decorated and was spotless. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Vienna, only a couple of minutes walk from Stephensplatz, all the sights, and transport links. |

Perfect location of the hotel in the very central part of Vienna.Vely clean rooms and delicious and various breakfast.Very nice hotel staff. There is no restaurant in the hotel.Some of the rooms are very small for their price. |
