Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 1' λεπτό από τον κεντρικότερο σταθμό του μετρό και δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση σε ότι κι αν ζητήσαμε. Τα δωμάτια πολύ άνετα και καθαρά. Αν και το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολλών ετών έχουν καταφέρει να διατηρούν έναν κλασσικό χαρακτήρα που αν και όχι μοντέρνος είναι πάντα διαχρονικός. |

Very pleasant hotel and conveniently situated close to the Stephansplatz and just a few minutes walk from the Hofburg Conference Centre. Very quiet and clean; good breakfast. I would go back, if possible. |

Location is excellent right in the heart of Vienna without the late night noise that is usually to be expected. The attitude of the staff was wonderful by its proactiveness and care - in value added services such as concierge and transportation arrangements. The breakfast area was very nice making for an elegant and pleasant start of the day. |

Location is superb, which is why I return and return. Staff is pleasant and competent especially behind the front desk. Have stayed before so I like it; however, room decor and corridor decor looks a little tired and thus makes it feel expensive for what is there, |

The location is perfect and very quite in the room. Two doors make the room very isolated, which is absolutely great. I was horrified to see a single bed (a university-hostel- type). The room which I was supossed to get was "business", but the receptionist explanied that business means -without breakfast. I always thought that business, means better than economy, when you fly with business class that means-it is better then economy, but not without food. The man on reception was absolutely rude, he didn't even appologized!!! |

The reception was superb; taxi arranged to pick us up at airport (no problem). Facilities excellent; information available about sightseeing and current musical programs. Breakfast buffet sumptuous. Its location was ideal for sight-seeing on foot and getting anywhere we wanted. The first night in one room (we changed room after trip to Salzburg) was not too comfortable because of the cigarette smoke smell. The soap system was diabolical. Pressing a bottle did not give soap easily and I resorted to using a piece of my own! |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent within walking distance of major attactions. Breakfast had many choices. The parking fees for a car was totally out of line approx. $80 for 2 nights. |

Very spacious room and bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, in the breakfast room and at the front desk: nothing was too much trouble and the recommendations they made were excellent. Could not fault it. |

The location was perfect. The front desk most charming and helpful. Personally I do not like duvees! It would have been nice to have bath oil and flannels provided. |

The location of the hotel in the centre of the Vienne, within walking distances to museums, Stphans dom, Hofburg, shopping , U-Bajn station is excellent. The staff is extremely helpfull and organizes tickets to events and can guide you what to see. They care. |
