Perfect location. It's near the walking streets and the landmark church. The staff was very friendly and the room is very comfortable especially the bathroom. Breakfast is not bad but I think it can be better than this. |

Good location, good breakfast.Comfortable room with a big bath tub .I was very happy to come back to this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful except one guy at the reception. One of the receptionist was rude. I could not open the door because he gave me a wrong room key,He did not apologize about his mistake. When checking out, the same receptionist was ignorant. |

An elegantly restored and maintained historic site, the Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth was a true delight. The entire staff, from chauffeur to reception, to dining and housekeeping, were extremely friendly, courteous, competent and helpful. They anticipated many of my needs and readily accommodated my every wish. The service was top-knotch, and I would recommend the hke without hesitation, and hope to return there again. |

The location is fantastic. Close to everything. The breakfast was very good. Parking is very expensive. The maid service was not good. We were given towels with holes in them and liquid soap and toilet paper were not replaced when needed, even on the second day after complaining the first day. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location; inside the ring which is the center of the historical part of Vienna. The hotel was Clean, Quiet, and Classy. The hotel can be difficult to navigate too. Many of the streets within the ring, have one way traffic. |

The hotel really was in the heart of Vienna. Very close to the Stephansdom and to all the stores and restaurants. The hotel was very clean but the breakfast was nothing special. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 o'clock but I had to wait till 13:00 till the room was clean again. Afterwards after two hours the staff was able to think that he also can give me another room. And I believe that the staff was very strict. But they all did their job in a very professional way. |

The staff and facilities were fantastic, and the location is unbelievable -- right in the heart of the central district, less than a two minute walk from the cathedral. |

Location and some feeling of old Austria. Also the care about my car bearing in mind that the hotel is located on the border of the pedestrian zone. I have ordered a room of one kind but got an extremely small room (cheaper indeed although well equipped and sustainable for one night) |

We stayed with my partner for 2 nights in the hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth. Both we used single rooms. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the stuff was kind and helpful. Every important facility is included. It is an ideal hotel for business trips in Vienna. |

The Kaiserin Elisabeth is in a top location to explore Vienna. The room was big, clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The biggest asset of the Kaiserin is Mr. Afshar at the reception we were satisfied with his recommendation, we enjoyed chatting with him.We can only recommend you to stay at this hotel it's very good value for money. We will stay at the Kaiserin Elisabeth again on our next trip to Vienna and hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did. |
