Pillows were too soft Free WiFi for only 30mins/day per room.

I got a Birthday cake as a present from hotel staff...It was unexpected and extremely nice.

I liked everything: location is great, close to the nearest slope for skiing and bus station to glacier and ski schools, close to shops and town center, very clean and comfortable, quite, excellent cuisine ( if you have half board you are given complimentary five o'clock food), nice fitness with swimming pool.Want to come back again!

Would be good to have choice of pillows - pillows were low

Good location. Walking distance to many very good restaurants and bars.

Phone didn't work in our room and they didn't pick up our breakfast card on the door. However we then went to the breakfast buffet, which was pretty awesome!

The Ladie call Marie (front desk) already mention in other comments ,she is Really in a wrong place!!she is not polite , nether try !she tell Us that there aren't anything To do in that period , she was completily wrong!the place was Very Nice!the other guys in bar and reception in the night period are Very nice

I liked the location , every thing we need is close to us , the back yard

The rude and uncomforted reception ( especially the big fat lady ) i forgot her name , the very slow internet speed with high price money , the racist staff of the breakfast buffet ( we are arab ) , the high noise from the drunken people who sit near the hotel and no body from the hotel talked to them . I will not recommend this hotel to any one and will not stay there again .

I saw only 3 receptionist in the hotel 2 of them were smiling and trying to help but they don't speak English well , and one of the staff treat me as I got the room for free , I'm paying here and I need good treatment , the hotel rules was weird , I remember they make me sign a paper and one off the rules they wrote * you have to pay 20 euro on extra wast and if any thing make the room carpet not clean you have to pay 400 euro I was upset cos this is the first time I rent a hotel and I see rules like this , I have been in many 5 stars hotels and they never say so.

Staff are very good and so frindly . Also hoyel was safty , clean and very comfortable

Its location, the staff is very friendly and trying to accommodate all of the wishes a guest might have. Excellent breakfast and a very nice spa area.

A four star hotel should have complementary internet connection, bathrooms should be equipped with all cosmetic accessories including body lotion, etc. Also there is a huge difference between the original rooms and those that have been recently remodeled.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Very clean. Staff were all very good, most especially the all restaurant staff who were professional, friendly and very personable. The hotel is well appointed and our rooms were very comfortable and bright. Bathroom facilities excellent and clean. Good central location.

No negatives at all, except that it would be good to expand the bar snack and room service menus, which are a bit limited.

Lärm durch Disco Besucher Frühstücksbuffet ( Käse war vertrocknet und die Butter war halb flüssig) Sollte besser gekühlt werden.

Das Personal hat einen sehr guten, super freundlichen Service geboten.

Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze. Und der Tiefgaragenpreis mit 8,00 € pro Nacht fand ich überzogen.

Skvělá poloha v centru města, rozmanité tématické večeře, snídaně s dobrým výběrem, velice příjemný personál, pokoj de luxe byl nově zrekonstruovaný,vnitřní i venkovní bazén

Umístění hotelu kousek od hlavní lanovky,kuřárna s obsluhou i na pokjích,parkování v hotelových garážích,docela velké pokoje a neomezený přístup do SPA. Vaše paní Terezka byla stoprocentně ochotná,milá a nejlepší.

parkování v garážích bylo zpoplatněno (což nehraje roli),ale zjistili jsme to až při odjezdu. Připojení k internetu v celém hotelu by mělo být standartně trvalé a né jen 30 min./den,jinak zpoplatněno. Naši známí oznámili zásnuby a přinesli láhev Don Periňon,požádali jsme personál o možnost vypít v loby baru a dostali jsme povolení,ale za 25 EUR !!!

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich. Das Zimmer war modern und warm eingerichtet. Auf unsere Sonderwünsche ist sofort eingegangen worden.

Gepäckservice ist noch ausbau fähig. Auszubildende im Restaurant brauchen mehr Eye for Detail.
