The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Exceptionally large bathroom. A comfortable chair would have been nice. |

Staff was very helpful and there were a stack of maps of the area on the counter. When you asked where something was they grabbed a map and circled where you were and where you wanted to go. I also liked the little spa area with the steam bath and the sauna which we utilized. Breakfast had a good variety and not as sparse as other European hotel breakfasts. We stayed in the 3 person loft room and it was very spacious. Lots of room upstairs for my 1 1/2 year old's pack and play and enough room for all my bags. Downstairs was a couch, couple chairs and a tv along with a double bed and several closets. Most room I've seen at a hotel in Europe and it was cheaper than getting 2 seperate rooms. Location was wonderful and parking was good. Parking issues, we have a Toyota Rav4 and there were only a couple spots left and very difficult to get into them but better than no parking. Make sure you send the hotel an email requesting parking as well. When getting there: there road will end with a Y and there will be 2 arms. Pull in front of the arm on the right (pedistrian area) then get out of the car w/ your reservation print out & go to the left to the person in the parking box. They will make sure you're on the list and then let you in. Park in front of the hotel to unload your bags and check in. They will let you know where the parking is. |

Perfect location in the old city of salzburg. Easy in and out. Good parking which is difficult in Salzburg. Parking was 12 euros a night but worth every penny. rooms were great. Quiet. Italian resturant attached to the hotel with a fantastic menu. great place to stay. Wonderful breakfast. |

Ideal location for wandering round Salzburg. An individual hotel full of interesting pictures, flowers & lovely furnishings. Very nice staff A small ramp at the entrance would help if you have heavy luggage |

We loved the location. The staff was friendly and the accomodations were just as advertised. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. We chose this hotel because they had room for our three children. We even had a parking spot for our LARGE van although it was a little tight one day when trying to back out of the parking spot. That's to be expected in an old city. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a little niosy but that's to be expected in an old hotel right downtown. |

Opening the window and having an amazing view of the Salzburg castle right outside! Some of the furniture in the apartments need updating, beyond that, nothing bad at all. |

Close to all sightseeing. In the middle of the Old town. Very easy to get around to see everything. Beautiful setting. Lovely buffet breakfast. Modern,comfortable rooms in a remodelled, beautiful old building. |

The hotel is very central for visiting all of Salzburg. The staff were helpful in giving information about tours. Overall a very enjoyable experience. The hotel clearly states 'non smoking' in bedrooms etc. yet I had to keep my windows closed at night because of smoke from neighbouring room/s. Can this be more tightly enforced? |

The location in the old city is ideal for walking around to visit all of the popular tourist sites. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered choices for a light meal or a heartier meal. The Italian restaurant in the hotel has very good italian meals, including pizza. Overall, we were very pleased with all the amenities, the location, the staff, the cleanliness and the location. Value for money. We did not expect Salzburg to be as warm during September so we didn't think we would need air conditioning when booking hotels. Fortunately, we had a small fan, noisy, but it was sufficient. |

The breakfast was good for a continental one.our ensuite was very clean and fairly new. Standard of rooms were poor.staff were not volunteering any information regarding the town and surrounding areas. |

The hotel is in the center of Salzburg. The staff was fine. We booked a "Double Superior Room" which was small actually. Anyway the room had a large balcony which was an extension of the room. |

Superb breakfast,good location. All in all we have nothing to complain about this Hotel and we would have no hesitation staying there again. Very warm room,so all the windows had to be open. |

The hotel is located near many tourist attractions of Salzburg (within walkable distance) and is close to nice shops. The balcony for outdoor breakfast is lovely. The room in which I stayed had a very cool and colorful design with lots of famous painting reproductions hanging on the wall (though it doesn't look like what I saw from the internet when I booked the room). |

The hotel is in a beautiful historical building and is very well located in the heart of the Old Town of Salzburg. Very nice breakfast. Parking available at a short distance. The rooms are rather old and would need refurbishing, e.g. carpets on the floor. Bathroom is extremely small. Hotel does not deserve a four star rating. |

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Perfect services, staff was very friendly and helpful, great location in the Alt Stadt. Breakfact excellent, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. If in Salzburg we would choose this hotel again. |

Отличное месторасположение. Завтрак - просто прелесть! Выдержан дух отеля в мелочах. Вид из окна на замок. Нет подъезда или он очень затруднен. Отсутствие Wi Fi (интернет только проводной и только через антенный кабель с использованием специального устройства). Не предложили раннее проживание (прибыли в 12 вместо 14). There is no entrance or it is very complicated. Absence Wi Fi (the Internet only wire and only through an TV cable with use of the special device). Have not offered early residing (profits in 12 instead of 14) |

Staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Location was perfect and breakfasts extensive and as healthy as you want. Bathroom was tiny and wireless internet only available in public areas. |
