Salzbourg et son festival; c'est pour cela que nous sommes venus. Nous retournerons à Salzbourg mais jamais ds cet hotel. Honestly the price of the hotel exceeds by far the real standard of the place: Rooms have a 1*1 m window in a corner of the room; you cannot access to the bed from bothsides; the table has the size of an handkerchiek, thereis no luggage rag and you have no drawer to put clothes in, only hangers. Ridiculous |

Nous avons été "upgradés" (avons eu une suite au lieu de la double supérieure réservée). De plus, situation très centrale, personnel sympathique et compétent. |

localisation centrale, calme, aspect de la chambre le salon, par ailleurs fort agréable, n'est pas non-fumeurs et compte tenu de certains clients de l'hôtel, l'odeur de tabac a rendu le salon impraticable à certaines heures... |

In the old town and a short stroll from the fortress. Had single room overlooking street. Breakfast was included in price. Nice Italian restaurant in the hotel which I tried and the food was very good. Staff very friendly. Quite a small single room with a shower, no bath. Didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Small portable TV, No minibar or fridge to store cold drinks. There was a cinema in the hotel but all the films were in German. Some street noise at night but was to be expected. One outside window had broken off its hinges and was left in the room. Felt it should have been fixed or removed! |
