Hotelul deosebit de curat si civilizat, cu parcare subterana, personal agreabil, mic dejun bogat, ca mai in toate hotelurile din Austria. Hotelul are dezavantajul pozitionarii departe de centrul Vienei.Desi tramvaiul se poate lua chiar din fata, a trebuit apoi sa mai schimbam 2 metrouri ca sa ajungem in Piata Primariei, iar personalul de la receptie n-a fost prea explicit in aceasta privinta, asa ca , a doua zi am luat masina. |

Hotelul are camere spatioase, foarte curate, personal prompt si mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Micul dejun este un adevarat festin, avand o mare varietate de produse. De la hotel se poate ajunge destul de rapid la palatul Schonbrunn cu tramvaiul 52. Am petrecut 4 zile minunate la hotel Kavalier si cu siguranta vom opta si a doua oara pentru acest hotel la reintoarcerea in Viena. |

Curatenia, serviciile, faptul ca nu am fost deranjat inutil de angajatii hotelului, faptul ca am gasit disponibilitate la acestia cand am cerut ceva. Ar trebui sa se gaseasca o metoda care sa faciliteze intr-un fel transportul de la gara/aeroport la hotel. Alte hoteluri care nu sunt tocmai in centrul orasului au aceasta facilitate. Nu ma refer la hoteluri din viena. |

The transport to the centre of Vienna was easy I was woken 4-5 times during the night as the draft along the corridor was rattling the door. When I mentioned this the receptionist did not seem to take much notice and I checked out a day early. The hotel was also much further from the centre than I had originally thought so the transport into the centre took some time and having to use public transport meant leaving to go back to the hotel early. |

The room is big and clean. THe hotel is closed to the tram station to reach the Banhof which you can connect to citi. Hotel charge my credit card directly which not same as booking.com statement. |

Coffe Shop and breakfast personeel are friendly and eager to help and provide simply things. The hotel Receptionists need to have a total makeover. The girls are having problems to speak friendly or to greet and to smiles like they are forced coming to work and very unprofessional! It took ages to get taxi and very disorganised. Bathrooms have never been checked, very obvious they dont have a House Dames. Rooms just being changed without being cleaned neither to check if the toiletteries being checked.The noises are immensed, as tourists standing and chatting and screaming on every floors and no hotel securities to be found to keep these people away or informed to behaved. |

The hotel is completely O.K. I was little afraid that it will be noisy because of railway but our room was facing Linzerstr. and it was very quiet. The breakfast is very good. They are little bit slow in cleaning tables during the breakfast :) |

well the reception stuff was good, the room was clean,breakfest was perfect, good choice and pretty enough:-)(buffet)(restaurant stuff was very friendly), we were there for one night also for the money good value, good connection with the tramway to the city (15min- innere Mariahilfestr.) some kind of smell in the corridor before the room and the low hot water presure in the room on fourth floor |
