Flot gammel stil og vi blev upgraderet til en suite.God beliggenhed på stort handelsstrøg og med metro i hotellets kælder kun 2-3 stationer fra det absolutte centrum Vi var plaget er ombygninger på begge sider af værelset, man burde ikke gå i gang kl 07.21 og slutte kl 17, når der er gæster på hotellet. |

Værelse og badeværelse var stort og nydeligt. Morgenbuffeten var fremragende - alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Personalets venlighed var rørende, både personalet i receptionen og ved morgenmaden gjorde deres allerbedste for at give os super betjening. |

Friendly staff at the breakfast. Position of hotel close to shops and underground rail system. The room was tiny. |

Staff are professional and helpful. When we needed some boiled water, the lady bartender provided the convenience cheerfully. The room assigned to us with an obvious slanted floor which displayed the inparallel lines between the wall casting and the bed head board. On one side of the room insulation is extremely poor, you can hear next door's slightest noise. |

the only thing good in the hotel is the location and the cleanness. do not expect any thing more Staff are not help full , and the room was not good but it was clean |

The hotel is well located on a metro stop. Its a busy street hence plenty to so especially shopping. The staff was very helpful. |

The hotel is very centrally located and close to all underground stations The room was supposed to be superior deluxe, but for me it was more like a standard room, it needs to be refurbished. |

there is no doubt that the location of kummer hotel is its primary advantage. Moreover the classic style of building is nicely combined with moder interior facilities,yet classical internal design is observed every where. The hotel is ver clean and also classy. There is no bell boy in the hotel for giving hand to manage luggages. |

The location was super excellent. Subway station was right cross the street. Breakfast was fantastic ! Bathroom was nice and room was spacious. People at the front dest were not so friendly. |

Room arrangement and the good tast in furniture.. Also the breakfast was very satisfactory. We enjoyed also the location of the hotel on the Mariahilfersstrasse, The TV could have been of a better quality. Also there were no written instructions for the use of the telephone..The charge of Euro 4 for a local call we found to be excessive. |

The location was excellent for those who like shopping.. I had to do everythings myself, unpacking my luggage from my car, getting it up to my room, ironing my clothes at the Servicr room !!!! All these made me feel discomfort to stay there, by the way to be fair the staff had good attitude But they wereNOT helpful and I won;t be there again ever.. |

Good location for arrival by train for a short stay. Excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms. It was difficult to manage with mobility problems (I had had an accident and walked with a stick & difficulty) - there were steps to get to the dining room & more to get from there to the toilet. The rooms were OK, but a bit tatty. I would not have been happy if I'd had to pay the full list price for our stay. |

Good location for shopping , also cery close to city center by foot. In front of the hotel there is a U-bahn station. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose. The staff very helpful, I asked for the phone number from the airport and they called for me and also reolved my problem. Everything was ok. I don't know how a normal double room looks, because we were upgraded to a superior one, because there was no other available, and that one was specious and looked good |
