Hotel Kummer

Μας άρεσε που ήταν δίπλα σε εμπορικό κέντρο και σε στάση του Μετρό.

Πήγαμε χειμώνα και το ένα καλοριφέρ ήταν κρύο μονίμως. Λιγάκι κρυώναμε το βράδυ.

Good location, Restaurant was OK (breakfast)

Very, very, very small double room (about 10 sq meters), old furniture, old TV, everything was a bit old and not properly maintained, very noisy, very very small rooms.

They have done a nice job re-modeling the Kummer. We have been staying there for the past 10 years. It is clean and the breakfast is quite good. Excellent location for shopping and access to the Metro.

The room had an unpleasant smell that would not go away but it was not a major problem.

Best location in Vienna, beautiful lobby, wonderful old building, high ceilings, moulding, antiques, big windows, quiet, historic, well kept, airy, charming, half the price of other corporate chain hotels I've stayed in in the area that featured Ikea dorm furniture.

I arrived at 630am after very long 10 hour overnite train ride, the staff was able to place me in a room as I had requested....that was fantastic. The hotel is very well located to reach all the city center museums easily which was the reason for my visit. The included breakfast is the best buffet I experienced in my 3 week Europe trip.

The location was perfect for shopping and visiting the art museums. The barman in the lounge was welcoming and poliet and it was a pretty and very comfortable area to sit for a drink at the end of a day spent sightseeing. The gentleman at reception during check out was also very friendly.

The breakfast room was very busy, guests were sitting at tables waiting for them to be cleared before they could go up to the buffet. Many tables needed clearing. The ratio appeared to be 1 waiter to approx 40 guests who served coffee and tea, the three staff there working very quickly and doing their best.

Excellent location, good transport connection, very nice part of the city, clean room, extremly kind receptionist.

Breakfast is good, but if you don't get up early, there is a big possibility that you won't find clean table and you must wait for someone to do that. Bathroom is very small.

in the room was a smell ,for this reason we must opened all the time the windows,also when the sampoo finished the personell hadn't filled again the bottle

Great location and service. Combination of modern amenities and traditional builing style. Rooms are very spacious and clean, same for the bathroom.

A bit noisy in the morning and the floors squiky, but not too bad. I would it appreciate a bathrobe as well.

I had a non-smoking room in a non-smoking wing but it still smelled like smoke & it was obvious that the guests in the rooms beside me were smoking.
