parking. I pay 15 euros/day and i havsd problems every day, i was oblige to make 5 times the way between hotel and parking to help me to go out from the parking. they wake-up me every day at 7.30 to move the car from one part to other. |

Nothing special.I did not like that when I came to the room during my stay some man was in the room and spoken on the phone.He did not explain Telephonbill was not korrekt.For short call to Zagreb I paid euro 16,80 and did not get explanation. |

The hotel is in a great location, right outside Neubaugasse subway station, giving easy access at all of Vienna via it's excellent public transport system. Only a 10 minute stroll to Innere Stadt. The only negative is that the hotel was doing some renovation work on their dinning facilities when we were there, so breakfast was not available, however the hotel had an arrangement with a local cafe to provide breakfast at the same rate. Not that we would have been having breakfast at the hotel anyway, given the plethora of cheap eateries within a few minutes walk. |

The location was just perfect withing walking distance to museum quarter and just around the corner of the metro stop. And the room was rather small but considering the value for money, it was great. I wished the price had included the breakfast. |

Very friendly and helpful staff and decent knowledge of the English language. Single bed was too small and narrow and no place to put soap in the shower. Needs a soap dish. |
