micul dejun,curatenia,pozitia,linistea neasteptata in timpul noptii avand in vedere pozitia,personalul in special in restaurant dar si la receptie. la cabina de dus nu exista suport pentru sapun,sampon,etc. |

amabilitatea personalului de la recepţie, de la restaurant, mâncarea, locaţia personalul care se ocupă de curăţenia camerei să schimbe lenjeria (într-o săptămână nu a schimbat-o niciodată) şi să fie mai atant la cele necesare la baie (a trebuit să las bileţel pentru săpun şi gel de duş) |

atmosfera placuta personal amabil, camerele spatioase si foarte curate , micul dejun a fost bun si apreciez sucul natural de portocale ar fi bine daca in camera ar pune papuci de inica folosinta ca si la alte hoteluri |

In primul rand pozitionarea excelenta a hotelului, camerele, micul dejun, etc. Totul foarte bine! As sugera amenajarea unei sali de fitness in cadrul hotelului. |

Cel mai mult mi-a placut intimitatea hotelului si faptul ca te puteai simti ca acasa. De asemenea si arhitectura hotelului si pozitionarea lui sunt foarte importante. |

imi place locatia, ambientul, arhitectura interioarelor este deosebita, calitatea bufetului suedez excelenta, camerele sunt spatioase si calduroase internet disponibil-inclus in pret; este pacat ca renovarea zonelor restaurantului si barului a stricat armonia generala: senzatia anterioara renovarii era cea a unui tot unitar, insa dupa renovare apar doua zone distincte: zona renovata in stil modern, impersonal si zona receptiei+ holurilor si camerelor care pastreaza, din fericire, atmosfera specifica |

Staff are professional and helpful. When we needed some boiled water, the lady bartender provided the convenience cheerfully. The room assigned to us with an obvious slanted floor which displayed the inparallel lines between the wall casting and the bed head board. On one side of the room insulation is extremely poor, you can hear next door's slightest noise. |

there is no doubt that the location of kummer hotel is its primary advantage. Moreover the classic style of building is nicely combined with moder interior facilities,yet classical internal design is observed every where. The hotel is ver clean and also classy. There is no bell boy in the hotel for giving hand to manage luggages. |
