Front check in desk gal not very friendly. My room was on the first floor next to bus stop, very noisy. Could not get late check out.

Excellent experience of VIctorian hotel beautifully restored in the very convenient location within 5 mins walk of Museum District and transport links. Rooms soundproofed so quiet nights sleep. Full buffet breakfast was first very good

We were impressed with the hotel staff from the receptionist to the waitress - everyone was friendly and very helpful. Our room was more than what we expected.

good hotel with good kitchen and staff. The location is also good but a little bit far from the historic part of the city. About 20-30 min.by walk.

The location of hotel is perfect. It's right at U-bahn (metro station) and in downtown. Everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and the matress was comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean. The breakfest was good. The guys at the reception are nice and helpfull however the staff at the breakfest room wasn't that helpfull as we would need. It was very busy there and it wasn't easy to find clean tables for 4 people close by each other.

The staff at the breakfest room could be a little bit faster in cleaning the tables so it's easier to find where to sit and have that nice breakfest which they have

The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of choice. The bar area was comfortable and prices reasonable. The shower was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the lobby area was free and worked well. The hotel is very centrally situated on a main shopping street and near a metro station and bus route. The museums quarter, opera house and major sights are within walking distance and the price of the Kummer is very reasonable given its situation and level of comfort. The building is of interest and charm.

The furnishings are looking a little tired in some rooms and it is very noisy if you open the windows. It would have been nice to have free Wi-Fi in the room and to have tea/coffee-making facilities.

The sound insulation needs improvement! You could hear the television from the room next door, and it was 12:30 at night..

A perfect very nice classic hotel in central Vienna, near U-bahn, 15 m. 5 min to Stephansplatz Beautiful lobby and nice rooms. Good breakfast. Staff exellent

the room is clean and the position is good,beside a subway station.

Next door to U3 Metro Line so excellent connections to anywhere in the city. On our arrival we were immediately upgraded to a suite. Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Wifi only available in the Lobby but it was fast and free. Only English Channel we could find was BBC World.

The Location is great. The kindness to upgrade our room was much appreciated.
