Pretty close to the Mirabell gardens & the train Station. € 5 taxi to Salsburg old city (or walking) 7 even to the trains. The room itself was very very small with a queen size bed couldn't really move around. |

the location was great - within 10 minute walk of train station. Good breakfast buffet, easy walk to center of city sites. Salzburg is expensive, but the price of the hotel seemed "right" a bit noisy, but not enough to not go to this hotel |

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Nice english speaking staff. Good deal on coffee or tee (and you get cookies). Close enough walking to the old town (about 15 minutes) , and to train (about 5 minutes). Internet access is a plus. |

It was well located between the railway station and the old town. Breakfast was good and internet was free. Some of the staff were quite unresponsive, even rude, to guests; the "double" room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in; the lift seems to be located mid-way between floors which mean that luggage had to be negotiated either up or down a flight of stairs. Pillows were as flat as pancakes. |

I really appreciated the free internet access though I really did not have any time to spend on it! Breakfast was not bad at all and both my wife and I enjoyed it a lot! Generally speaking the hotel was quite ok but I would not rate it more than 3 star (2.5 to be accurate) hotel and would gladly recommend it if they reconsider the price - but of course this is Europe and everything is expensive (and totally worn out, hardly people buy new facilities in the past decade)! |

Great location, close to many major sights. Very helpful staff. My room was on the top floor which only contained 2 small roof windows. The room was very stuffy. I would suggrest to provide air-conditioning for these rooms |
