Vriendelijke ontvangst; centrale ligging; goede bedden en goed ontbijt. Prima sfeer. Gordijnen op de slaapkamer hingen los en waren aan vervanging toe.

Ontbijt was matig koffie zeer lekker het meest genoten van stad salzburg en mozartdinner het hotel is eenvoudig maar ligging is goed prijs kwaliteit goed Zeer goede service dank u wel groetjes anita

jammer dat u in de eerste kolom geen kwalificatie heeft van voldoende , nu lijkt het net of ik het matig vond.. Prijs- kwaliteit was het wel in orde. We hadden wel een hele kleine kamer. De lift vond ik akelig om in te gaan, daar hij rare geluiden en bewegingen maakte.

We had a big room, very confortable, easy parking, nice place, excellent breakfast buffet We spent three nights, and they didn´t clean the room or bathroom in the hole time

Lovely and helpful reception staff and free Internet always a bonus. The man servicing the breakfast room was rude, there was no cooling facility in room (stinking hot in loft) and the shower cubicle was extremely small.

Simple, clean, well located, cheap. Great little hotel. Nicely refurbished rooms. Great breakfast. helpful reception. very close to station. A bit of a walk from the old town but closer than most and perfectly acceptable. It's great. But don't expect 5* facilities.

Employees spoke English and German during the day and only had a night manager that spoke Italian at night. I needed to make a phone call but since I could not speak Italian I could not communicate.

We booked the very small doublebedded room for 3 nights but the manager let us stay in their big and beautiful attic room which was available only for the first nite. And only for a few euros more. Breakfast was wonderful. Working distance to MarketPlace. Value for money. In fact, it's cheaper than hostel rate for 2 in private room. Advice: ask for big attic room, worth the few extra euros. or stick to small room, take heavy brunch & only return late at night. U can't boil water in your room.

The location was perfect...easy walk to train station. The walk to Old Town is longer but easy and there is a lot to see along the way. Enjoyed the daily breakfast very much...good variety. The shower set up is a little odd.

breakfast is wonderful. i love this hotel,very classic i will comeback next time. the way from train station to hotel must to pass tunnel which underconstruction .It's far and dangerous at night.

Room and 3 single beds are quite big enough for our 3 persons. Wifi is easy accessible. Location is a little bit far from city center but it is convenience for us with a place for parking. Breakfast is plenty and continuous fulfill. Central heater is quite unsatisfied. I have informed them but nothing are arranged. But the bed sheet and blanket are able to compensate for the cold prevention. I think they must re-check the system of their central heater. Soap dispensing isn't drop correctly. They must be replace or checked up for their function. I have informed them but they are only refilled the liquid without any recheck their function.

As we arrive Salzburg very early in the morning (4:10am), although hotel does not have room for early check-in (Full in previous night). It provides us the hobby for our rest and luggage storing and a breakfast for extra Euro5 for each people from 7am to 10am and we finally can make an early check-in at around 10am. The service is great.

Nice room, good facilities, friendly staff. Near the train station but the route is not so obvious as we had expected. The light in the bathroom was automatic and sometimes went off when we didn't expect it.

The stay at Hotel Lasserhof was very pleasant ...reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Our room was very comfortable and spacious...I would definately stay there again. Alot to be said for the older style hotels Though near the train station it is very peaceful and quiet. Very handy for train or bus travellers.

Hotel located a few minutes from the main rail and bus stations (with connection to the airport). It is also a few minutes walk to the city centre and is well situated. Rooms quite large, clean and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.. Cereals, hot food and fruit etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Free use of internet facilities if required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect hotel , goede, rustige overnachting in prima bed. Onze kamer gaf een boeiend uitzicht op het stationsemplacement .Een levendig beeld en door uitstekende isolatie niets van te horen.
