Very central, helpful staff, rooms were not fancy but were funky, quiet when you closed the windows, breakfast ample. Soap dispensers in bathroom didn't work unless they were completely filled w/ soap. Will commend hotel overall for these though as soap bars tend to get wasted. |

The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring Linz - far better placed than other large chain hotels who claim to be in the city centre. Not the best of access for less able people - even though there is a lift you still need to use stairs to reach it. |

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel itself has oodles of character, a wonderful relaxed atmosphere, a great breakfast and an excellent central location. Very highly recommended! |

Hotel molto caratteristico in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Piazza principale; molto belle le camere a tema, l'unico neo è che non ha un parcheggio proprio e ho dovuto lasciare l'auto in un P di un centro commerciale, fortunatamente Linz è una città tranquillissima e non è stato un problema.... |

Tja, eine Nacht und ein Frühstück, da kann man nicht viel dazu sagen... zumindest ist es sehr zentral gelegen. Kein eigener Parkplatz ist ein Manko, die öffentliche Garage aber immerhin nur ca. 300 Meter weg. |

Netter Frühstücksservice, sehr zentrale Lage die Buchung wurd enicht Ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt - 1 Monat zu früh! Nach erhalt der Rechnung habe ich erfahren, dass für den von mir bebuchten Zeitraum nichts eingetragen war - als Wiedergutmachung gab das Hotel eine Reduzierung von 5 % auf den Preis.Das Drei-Bett Zimmer war mit sehr abgewohnten Möbeln und geschmackloser Dekoration ausgestattet - allerdings haben wir andere Zimmer gesehen Themenzimmer) die sehr nett und gepflegt waren. Die Weiterempfehlung ist eingeschränkt. Der Preis war sehr günstig, das Frühstücksangebeot durchschnittlich, der Frühstücksservice gut, der Empfangsservice schlecht - abends ab 10 Uhr niemand mehr im Hotel, keine Infos über touristische Angebote außer Pprospekten. |

zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes/appetitliches Frühstücksbuffet, angemessener/günstiger Preis, kostenlose Internetnutzung, Zimmer funktional und sauber Zimmer zur Straße hin ist sehr laut - wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte (Ohropax ist erforderlich, aber dann ist es o.k.) |

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und auch leicht erreichbar bei Auto wenn man von der Donau kommt. Zum Lift musste man mehrere Stufen steigen und dann nochmals um auf die Etage zu kommen. |
