The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring Linz - far better placed than other large chain hotels who claim to be in the city centre. Not the best of access for less able people - even though there is a lift you still need to use stairs to reach it. |

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel itself has oodles of character, a wonderful relaxed atmosphere, a great breakfast and an excellent central location. Very highly recommended! |

zentrale Lage bei geöffnetem Fenster Strassenlärm. Ablauf beim Waschbecken war verstopft. Reparatur erst nach unserer zweiten Reklamation. |

Das Hotel verfügt über Themenzimmer. Die Themen sind sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett hat eine durchgängige Matratze. Das Bad/WC war sehr sauber, die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind top! Das Frühstücksbuffet wird laufend frisch bestückt. |
