Staff at Reception were very friendly & helpful, but the whole hotel had an air of 'averageness' about it. Everything worked as it should, but never sparkled. No private or secure parking for motorcycles, something very concerning in the centre of a bustling city. For this reason alone, I could not recommend the hotel to other riders. |

Situated in the middle of Innsbruck with view of the mountains. Room celan and comfy On site car parking non existent, it says there is but it is 2 blocks away and then only an out door car park with barrier at entrance. They do have a pull in on side road reserved for the hotel, which we had to use but we were travelling on motorbikes and felt a bit uneasy leaving them on the road all night |

The hotel's central location and close proximity to local transi made it unnecessary to use the car during our 3-day stay. The breakfasts and other meals we had were very good. A slight inconvenience in that the bar fridge was not cooling was alleviated by the staff providing ice cubes on occasion as requested. |

the hotel is very close to the city center. very easy to arrive there by bus, train or care. the staff very nice and helpful. the room is nice but littlebit small there is wireless Internet facilities free of charge. the toilets room is two small |

Walking distance to Downtown. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht. Zu teuer für die Qualität: das Hotel ist 70-80 EUR/Nacht wert. |

The hotel was great, bathroom was a good size which sometimes can be a bit small in Europe. The beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Internet was provided free via wireless which was excellent, it allowed us to make more reservations for hotels for the next few days of travel. The view from our hotel was straight to the mountains which was incredible. We only stayed one night before leaving for Venice. |

Close to the town and very friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast choice was great something to please everyone. no it was fine although I would like to see tea making facilities in the room |

Friendly staff and quality of the room, especially the bed. Accessability is dramatically bad. I will not return before all te roadworks have finished. It took me almost an hyour to reach the hotel from the exit of the mototway. This is unacceptable. |

Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war praktisch durch die Zentrale Lage in Innsbruck. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffett war gut. Interieur plüschig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit, im besonderen im Bad liess deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Kosten für Aussenparkplatz zu hoch. |

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche war nicht so gut, da der Wasserstrahl etwas schwach und die Temperatur nicht so leicht zu regeln war. Sehr schön war, dass man das Fenster öffnen konnte. Service, Lift, Frühstück war alles sehr gut und die Lage natürlich. |

La situación, muy cerca del centro histórico y de las salidas de la ciudad.Amplitud de las habitaciones. Las camas grandes y cómodas. El personal muy amable. La decoración anticuada. La habitación, a pesar de ser para no fumadores, olía apestosamente a tabaco, protestamos y nos dieron otra mas grande y sin olor. Los cuartos de baño oscuros y antiguos, hay algunas habitaciones que ya tienen los cuatro de baño reformados. Solo hay el típico dosificador de jabón en los baños, ni siquiera un gorro de baño.Desayuno correcto simplemente. Creo que le sobra alguna estrella. |

Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang Sauberkeit im Bad war weniger gut. Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis, die dann aber veraltet war und nicht gut funktionierte. Preis für Parken sehr hoch (offener Parkplatz) |
