Buena ubicación cerca del centro. Balcón con buenas vistas. poco ruidosa la calle, se descansa muy bien. Colchones cómodos. Cuarto de baño amplio. No había amenities en el baño. Desayuno mejorable, aunque no estuviera nada mal. |

Walking distance to Downtown. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht. Zu teuer für die Qualität: das Hotel ist 70-80 EUR/Nacht wert. |

The hotel was great, bathroom was a good size which sometimes can be a bit small in Europe. The beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Internet was provided free via wireless which was excellent, it allowed us to make more reservations for hotels for the next few days of travel. The view from our hotel was straight to the mountains which was incredible. We only stayed one night before leaving for Venice. |

Close to the town and very friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast choice was great something to please everyone. no it was fine although I would like to see tea making facilities in the room |

Friendly staff and quality of the room, especially the bed. Accessability is dramatically bad. I will not return before all te roadworks have finished. It took me almost an hyour to reach the hotel from the exit of the mototway. This is unacceptable. |

5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, sehr pesönliche Ansprache an der Rezeption. Ich denke der Chef ist sehr gut, denn dann ist auch das Personal sehr gut. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Service am Morgen. Gute Betten, saubere Wäsche, geschmackvolle Einrichtung |

inaccettabile che l'aria condizionata sia solo a pagamento e con un supplemento percentuale molto alto!! Oggi anche gli htl ad 1 o 2 stelle hanno l'aria condizionata!! |

Personalen var duktiga, ett bra bemötande och medvetna om kundens behov, jättegulliga och trevliga och alltid ett sinna för "det fixar jag" Jättekul att det finns så trevlig personal, satsa på detta hotell så blir det kanonbra! Det gamla och slitna, det överensstämnde inte med bilder från hemsidan, dessutom så sa hon att vi fick en uppgradering, hur skall då de andrarummen s ut?? Satsa på en totalrenovering så är jag säker på med den kunskap och serviceanda som personalen hadde så blir detta en pärla i Insbruk! |

Leider war ich nur kurz in diesem Hotel aufgrund später Anreise und früher Abreise. Besonders gefallen hat mir in der kurzen Zeit der sehr freundliche Empfang des Nachtportiers und dass obwohl ich ein 5 jähriges Kind dabei hatte, aus leidvoller Erfahrung weiß ich, dass das nicht selbstverständlich ist. |

Comodità della posizione: vicinanza alla stazione e al centro; buona la colazione. Siamo arrivati al mattino molto presto e il portone era chiuso: abbiamo dovuto suonare ripetutamente e poi telefonare prima che il portiere ci aprisse (la temperatura esterna era sei gradi sotto zero). Nonostante avessimo avvisato che saremmo arrivati molto presto, ci hanno consegnato la camera solo alle 14. Il confort non è comunque adeguato a un quattro stelle. |
