BEST WESTERN Hotel Neue Post    

Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and in Bar/restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Really good and varied breakfast

Good central location

Breakfast was one of the worst offers from hotel I've ever had for quite a few years. The price included wifi and breakfast, but the food was awful (I actually decided not to eat it after having a few bites and tasting the coffee) - I went to a local bakery down the road and paid for breakfast myself. The wifi was patchy at best - I had to change rooms to get a signal at all, and even then it kept dropping the connection every few minutes. The reception staff were not interested in my complaints and simply kept stating that they had my credit card booking an would be applying the full charge for the room.

Rooms were nice. And COTTON pillows:):). The hotel itself was very nice too. Good over all stay:). Just a short walk to old town.

My wife and daughter stayed at the Neue Post for a weekend break / shopping trip. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant and food very good indeed. The hotel was literally 6 minutes walk from the railway station and about the same distance to the city centre and shops. The room (on the 4th floor) was comfortable,very quiet and had good views of the mountains. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The family/staff who run the hotel are delightful, friendly, very welcoming

My single room was minuscule. No room to stretch

A good location, easily accessible from the Hauptbahnhof.

1. The ancient TV. 2. No air-conditioning, which meant that as the weather was hot, the room was uncomfortably hot as well. 3. The lavatory was of the design that used be prevalent in Austria but mercifully seems to be becoming less so. Its evacuation was at the front rather than the rear of the bowl, which makes it very smelly in use.

Excellent location; 10 minute walk from the railway station and the city centre. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room, dining room and bar were exremely friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast Room and Evening Meals in the restaurant were in excellent surroundings. Comfortable bedroom and quality en suite facilities. A quality hotel.

The location was excellent.

On arrival staff although pleasant, attempted to talk us into upgrading for an extra cost. We wanted to pay with another credit card and were told we could not. This we had done at other hotels with no problems.

Good, clean hotel room of moderate size; fine breakfast buffet.

Buona sistemazione per chi vuole visitare la città: si può lasciare ferma l'auto e girare a piedi. Buona la colazione e il servizio offerto

L'albergo è un po' datato ma dignitoso. Suggerisco di parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico (10€ giorno) che si trova di fronte all'albergo. Quello proposto dall'albergo è più lontano, scoperto e costa 17 €.

Sehr kleine Zimmer,sehr kleine Betten,schlechte Matrazen und schlechte Kissen. Schlechtes Preis/leistungsverhältnis

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer, war sehr klein. Kein Radio im Zimmer.

Ce n'est en aucun cas un hôtel 4 étoiles.

sehr zentrumsnahe, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauber.

Extraverrrechnung von Espresso beim Frühstück, € 4,-- für 1 Stunde Internet in der Halle sind einfach nur lächerlich und ärgerlich!

Das Ambiente, die Lage

Dass wir nicht darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass die Tiefgarage die günstigere Variante gewesen wäre. Die hätte und für unseren Aufenthalt (unter 24 Stunden) € 10,-- gekostet. Für den Hotelparkplatz mussten wir € 17,-- !!! bezahlen.

GANZ SCHLECHTE PARKMÖGLICHKEITEN! Einrichtungsstil sehr altmodisch! 4 Sterne eindeutig zu hoch!

Ik vindt dat dit hotel gewoon zakelijk doorreis hotel is je kan er niet veel van verwachten

Es hatte keine Parkplätze für das Auto. Die Mitarbeiter wahren sehr unfreundlich. Die Mitarbeiter bemühten sich nicht. Erst nach dem Gespräch mit booking ging etwas.

La posizione a pochi passi dal centro; la gentilezza e l'indiscussa professionalità di tutto il personale (ad ogni livello gerarchico); la facilità di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

È un hotel che comincia a mostrare i suoi anni e forse troppo "anonimo". Non ha garage.

mi è piaciuto molto la posizione, a pochi minuti eravamo in centro..e soprattutto l'atmosfera! io ci sono stata per i mercatini di natale, e ho trovato 3 giorni di neve..era magnifico!
