great location, superb views, close to highway yet very quiet: must-check stopover on the route south to italy could not get dvd players to work ;-) |

Approximately twenty minutes drive outside of Innsbruck, located on a hillside. Hotel was fairly quiet and the room was spacious - separate bedroom and living room. Bathroom had both a bath tub and shower. The person on reception was not welcoming. The hotel did not have any information about Innsbruck, not even a tourist map. |

The locaton is beautiful, charming 1hr tram ride from Innsbruck Hbf. The pool and spa is wonderful. The "nudist spa" (age < 14y prohibited) was enjoyed by my two underage children. Breakfeast very good, i would probably eat dinner elswhere. Cozy bar with fireplace. Certainly worth the expense. |

The staff was very nice and very helpful of the surrounding areas. The rooms was great and had an amazing view of the mountains. Overall the hotel was very classy, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. |

Great facilities and great rooms. Very nice pool/sauna area. A very easy hotel to stay at while traveling with your dog. dinner was overly-expensive for what was served and a tad pretentious for a Best Western |

De kamers zijn uitstekend. Door de indeling heb je niet het gevoel in een hotelkamer te zitten. Sauna gedeelte is keurig onderhouden en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en het eten is goed. Tip: licht gasten in over feestdagen en wat deze inhouden. Wat stoorde was dat de schoonmaakster ons 's ochtends de kamer uitzette. Gaat u weg? Nee? Dan moet u gaan ontbijten zodat ik de kamer kan schoonmaken. (Het was 8.45 uur). |

sehr ruhige lage und das hotel ist super zum wellness machen und im sommer wandern im winter ski fahren.hotel chef ist super freundlich. leider gibt es dort im restaurant ein gala dinner das man vorher resevieren muß .dies sind nur abgezählte plätze , haben aber eine super empfehlung vom chef bekommen für ein restaurant im nachbar ort. |

Albergo moderno, di ottimo design, in posizione tranquilla e con magnifica vista. Camera Deluxe con letto su soppalco, grande terrazzo con magnifica vista. Cura dei dettagli non impeccabile. Nella zona wellness una delle tre saune non funzionava (senza alcun avviso), pochi asciugamani e troppo piccoli, una volta non fuzionavano neanche le docce. Complementi bagno non riforniti per tre giorni. |

Zaplecze hotelu, SPA, basen. Komfort. Bylismy ostatni tydzien marca, i niestety nie byla czynna restauracja a'la carte. Można była tylko dokupić sobie kolacje w glownej restauracji. |

Die Wellnessanlage konnte leider nicht benutzt werden da es kein einziges Handtuch mehr gab!!! Ausserdem konnten wir keine Bademäntel und keine Duschartikel,wie angeboten, erhalten,da alles "aus" war. Im Wellnessbereich liefen ausserdem die Mülleimer über und es waren weder Wasser noch Tassen oder Gläser erhältlich! |

Hotelopholder ver godt. Jeg blev ikke hentet i lufthavnen som lovet. Der var ingen i receptionen ved ankomst. Det var under heleopholdet svært at komme i kontaktmed receptionisten for at få generelle informationer vedr. hotellet og omgivelserne. Der burde være en folder pp hvert værelse der giver info om hotellet, prise i bar og restaurant samt hints vedr. omgivelserne, netpo da hotellet er placeret i et atraktivt ski-område. |

La camera era grande, pulita e comoda. Lo staff è stato molto gentile. I servizi erano buoni anche se la zona relax non è proprio grandissima. Ho provato il massaggio hot stones: la massaggiatrice era molto brava ma avrei preferito un massaggio normale a quello hot stones che mi è stato consigliato dalla reception ma che non era il massimo secondo me. |

Het was een in ieder opzicht zeer prettig en goed hotel met als hoogtepunt het restaurant. Het eten is werkelijk voortreffelijk. Ik kan het hotel aan idereen, die van rust en goed eten houdt aanbevelen. |
