Hotel was fine. Good location, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Kind staff and very willing to help.
The bed was too small.
I liked it here. The staff were very Friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was amazing, they actually did some of the baking there. At 2PM in the lobby, they put out bakery items and coffee & tea. That was there for guest until 11PM or gone, whatever came first. The artwork might seem unique to some maybe. But I think this made this hotel special. I would go here again.
Not much, our originally booked room had a misted glass on one side and clear glass door on other side of shower. Which would allow anyone in room to see prison showering. When We asked, they immediately got Us another room. Room would of been great for couples.....just not couples, with children. They immediately corrected it. Only compliant I could come up with, but not much of a compliant really.
Location close to city center, close to U bahn, wide selection of different dishes for breakfest.
Hard to find parking place, worn and not so stylish furniture in room as is promoted on web page (blue room on fifth flor), broken fridge.
The dessert available in the lobby for hotel guests. This is our second time in the hotel and there will be a third time if we come back again in Wien.
Very friendly & helpful staff. Good quality breakfast
There were a few ants crawling around on the bathroom floor.
Beautiful rooms, quiet and cosy, ecellent breakfast. We'll definitely be back.
This was my FIRST visit to VIENNA and I was very pleased that I stayed here. Wonderful buffet breakfast each morning. FREE Tea & Coffee and cakes in the lobby in the afternoon was a lovely touch. The tram stops right outside the front door of the hotel so it is very handy to get too and from the City. The Staff made me feel very welcome - I would stay here again!!..
The rooms are small and not very clean. It has the aspect of an very old house.
Room was great for 3 kids and 2 adults Quite but in the centre of town Loved the cake and tea served from 3.30 Great breakfast Loved the playful decor in our room Didn't blink an eye when I our one and half year old knocked a huge vase of water and flowers everywhere in the lobby - very calm, efficient and helpful front of house staff.
The view from our room Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in the room
clean, comfortable, good breakfast, beautiful room, friendly staff. Remember to ask to have the fridge on and full if you need it.
the bell of the Church in front of my window - room at 6th floor - but if you don't matter the sound, there is a small terrace with a great view on the Wien roofs.
Very welcoming and informative staff on the reception desk. Proximity to the Unterbahn and the city centre. Very quiet room.
Wi-Fi in our room was intermittent and slow.
Front desk staff - both on arrival, and very early am departure, they packed us a breakfast to go.
Complimentary tea and cakes were perfect.
The choice of drinks at the reception could be better.
Location. Super close to some great restaurants, stores and the Saturday flea market! The town is within walking distance, pleasant views. Safe district.
I was travelling with my father and requested twin beds. Instead we were sharing a king double with two separate sheets. Too hot in the room especially with winter bedding (be sure to open the window: this does result in hearing Everything outside including trams) Bathroom door stylish, but noisy to open/close. Not for light sleepers
Large room Breakfast Strategic position
Room not clean as it should be Low quality Extra bed Parking not inside the hotel No restaurant inside the hotel No bell boy
LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT,STAFF
NO PHONE IN ROOM, REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK
Comfortable, pleasant staff.
A bit rudimentary.
Excellent place!! The room was very comfortable, there's a fridge in the room. Excellent breakfast. Delicious cake for tea!!!
Great central location. Friendly helpful staff. Enormous breakfast choice.
Trouble opening and closing the balcony door. Otherwise all good.
1) Nice breakfast and kitchen staff. 2) Tea, coffee, cakes and fruits are always served in the lobby for free, which is a very nice feature. 3) Nice and clean rooms.
1) I do not recommend this hotel if you are travelling there in summer! No air-conditioning. It is impossible to stay in the hotel. 2) A few male receptionists were unfriendly.
The location was not too bad. They gave us a packed lunch as we were leaving before breakfast. The breakfast we did have was very good with a wide variety or food to choose from.
The room we stayed in was not one of the ones in the website gallery. It was very basic, nowhere near its star grading in our opinion. The safe did not have instructions and when I phoned reception he assured me they were on the door do I had to phone back. The water was not draining properly from the sink as the plug action did not work. The 'minibar' was empty and wasn't even plugged in. We had to plug it in then wait a long time for it to cool our own water.
Good location, 10 minutes walk from the Opera. Friendly staff. Nice reception hall, where you can have coffee and cake.
Room is clean, facilities are nice and the staff provided better service every day. The Hotel location is convenient for working with TU Wine and with a wallking distance to Metro station and interesting ports. It is strongly recommended for for both tourist and business travel.
