1区内に62番の路面電車で2駅（5分）、駅の前でロケーションは最高です。料金も安く快適でした。朝食も- 充実しており、3星にしては良い方だと思います。家族で１室申込でしたが、2部屋のコネクティングルームを- 提供して頂き満足です。ヨーロピアンタイプでしたが、バスタブもあり設備としては十分でした。Gフロアーで- は、ウェルカムコーヒー・紅茶とザッハトルテが無料で頂けます。 多少設備が古い感じがしますが、ウィーンにしては良い方だと思います。コストパフォーマンスは高いと思いま- す。 |

フロントの方は、親切で、要望や質問にも対応していただけました。ロビーにはお茶とクーヘンのサービスがあ- り、パソコンも日本語でメールを見ることもできました。朝食もクロワッサンなどもあり、種類も豊富でこのク- ラスでこの価格にしては良かったと思います。 お部屋が静かでしたが少し暗く、掃除があまり行き届いていないのと、部屋にはお茶が用意されていないのが残- 念でした。 |

私はムジークフェラインに音楽を聴きに行くのが目的でしたので、非常に近くで良かったです。この値段でバス- タブがあるのには驚きました。部屋も綺麗で、朝食も普通に美味しかったです。 |

wonderful location, very friendly staff, good breakfast bed was a bit noisy but no big deal; info about parking not accurate: instead of 10€/day it was 20€/day, it would be good to update your web page; however during weekends/holidays easy to park on the street and free of charge |

It is within walking distance of major attractions and close to public transport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and an obvious effort was being made to make the hotel a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Was slightly scruffy although it did appear to have been refurbished in parts recently. |

Chipped crockery. To use shower in room (535) necessitates climbing over the bath end as bath is position between two walls. Very dangerous. Parking-you are directed to a car park on arrival believing this is €10 a day only to find out on booking out that €10 per day paking is in the street and the car park is in fact €20 per day. Dustbins in the corridor are not good hygienically. Empty bottles remain in corrridor long after house keeping has finished |

Good central location. The room was far too small, did not at all resemble the pictures on the website. The bathroom door as well as the shower were broken, the toilet was not clean. There was no air conditioning and the only window faced an inner courtyard. Very hot inside the room, very unpleasant overall. |

Comfortable lobby, where you could drink a complimentary afternoon tee and use internet. Excellent breakfast selection. Luck of fresh air in halls and room. There where no cold water pressure in bathroom, so no chance for refreshing shower in hot summer day. |

It is very close to the main city attractions. Breakfast and the room were very satisfying. Looking for the spot for parking along the road wasn't hard ( because of weekday?) at all. The basin in the bathroom was stuck. |

It had a good room for our family of 4. We liked the breakfast and the fact that they had tea/coffee and cake available in the afternoon. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel is older, but it suited our needs. You can park in the garage around the corner for 20 euros/day or try to find a space on the sidestreets, which is cheaper (10 euros), but it is just luck to find a place. Weekend parking on the sidestreets is free. |

Tea and cake available in the lobby every afternoon! One day when I left the hotel room late (~11am) and put the "please make up my room" sign on the door I still came back to an unmade room at midnight. |

We liked the central location, staff reception - very polite and helpful, and the exquisite Vienniese breakfast. There was a misunderstanding about the price for parking spaces. Actually, there were two choices, but the hotel website only presented one - the cheapest. |

Breakfast is good. I booked 1 single, 1 triple, 1 quadriple. All were dirty, curtains were gray, rooms are out of fix. Single is humiliating-" Г "-form, bed is in 90cm corridor. |

I stayed in a single room. The room was the smallest and most unpleasant room I have ever stayed in. I felt like I was sleeping in a coffin. I think €224 should buy more value. I would never stay in this hotel again. |

Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute, coin salon de thé et petits gâteaux très agréable, chambre spacieuse. Très bien pour la grande salle-de-bain bien éclairée ... mais dommage que l'on soit obligé de tenir le pommeau de douche en main pour prendre une douche! Problèmes importants avec le " bruit " de la chambre voisine les 2 premières nuits, nous avons mal dormi ... |

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja sijainti oli loistava. Oopperalle ja keskustaan oli vain 10 min kävelymatka. Raitiovaunu meni keskustaan ihan oven vierestä ja Karlsplazin U-bahnalla pääsi kätevästi Landstrasselle ja sieltä lentoasemalle.Hotellissa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, aamiainen loistava. Aulassa oli joka päivä teetarjoilu ihanan kakun kera.Huone oli ajan patinoima, mutta siisti. Kylppäri oli uusittu ja iso. Öisin hotelli oli hiljainen, vaikka olikin täynnä. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli huoneen kuumuus, mutta onneksi ikkunan sai auki. |
