Austria Classic TOP Hotel Papageno

Fácil acesso a bondes e metrôs. Próximo ao centro de Viena (aprox. 10 min de metrô). Excelente café da manhã (pequeno almoço). Instalações bem conservadas.

Os funcionários precisam estar mais informados quanto aos serviços prestados pelo hotel. Perguntamos o custo para fazermos uma ligação do hotel para o Brasil, e a funcionária disse que custava aproximadamente EUR 1,00 por minuto. Ao efetuarmos o check out, fomos surpreendidos com um custo de EUR 5,00 por minuto. Um absurdo!!! Pagamos EUR 35,00 só de ligações telefônicas.

bed was a bit noisy but no big deal; info about parking not accurate: instead of 10€/day it was 20€/day, it would be good to update your web page; however during weekends/holidays easy to park on the street and free of charge

Chipped crockery. To use shower in room (535) necessitates climbing over the bath end as bath is position between two walls. Very dangerous. Parking-you are directed to a car park on arrival believing this is €10 a day only to find out on booking out that €10 per day paking is in the street and the car park is in fact €20 per day. Dustbins in the corridor are not good hygienically. Empty bottles remain in corrridor long after house keeping has finished

Good central location.

The room was far too small, did not at all resemble the pictures on the website. The bathroom door as well as the shower were broken, the toilet was not clean. There was no air conditioning and the only window faced an inner courtyard. Very hot inside the room, very unpleasant overall.

It is very close to the main city attractions. Breakfast and the room were very satisfying. Looking for the spot for parking along the road wasn't hard ( because of weekday?) at all.

The basin in the bathroom was stuck.

Tea and cake available in the lobby every afternoon!

One day when I left the hotel room late (~11am) and put the "please make up my room" sign on the door I still came back to an unmade room at midnight.

Breakfast is good.

I booked 1 single, 1 triple, 1 quadriple. All were dirty, curtains were gray, rooms are out of fix. Single is humiliating-" Г "-form, bed is in 90cm corridor.

I stayed in a single room. The room was the smallest and most unpleasant room I have ever stayed in. I felt like I was sleeping in a coffin. I think €224 should buy more value. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja sijainti oli loistava. Oopperalle ja keskustaan oli vain 10 min kävelymatka. Raitiovaunu meni keskustaan ihan oven vierestä ja Karlsplazin U-bahnalla pääsi kätevästi Landstrasselle ja sieltä lentoasemalle.Hotellissa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, aamiainen loistava. Aulassa oli joka päivä teetarjoilu ihanan kakun kera.Huone oli ajan patinoima, mutta siisti. Kylppäri oli uusittu ja iso. Öisin hotelli oli hiljainen, vaikka olikin täynnä.

Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli huoneen kuumuus, mutta onneksi ikkunan sai auki.

υπαρχει μονο ενα μικρο ασανσερ που δεν ειναι επαρκες. Οι πορτες είναι πολύ παλιές με κλασσική κλειδαριά και δίνει την αίσθηση του παλιού. Με τα λεφτά που έδωσα περίμενα μια αναβάθμιση
