Breakfest was limited, no printer for Internet, Internet not always working.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions , internet , or any advice you need ! Arian is a family run bussiness and they make you feel like part of it . The atmosphere and decore are so comforting. Breakfast was very nice , simple but all you need to get you going . The room was very large for the 3 of us . Bathroom was large and very clean . Beds were very comfortable , evry thing in our room was modern and looked like a recent reno ! very happy with the room and hotel . Location was the best , it is on the bussiest street for shopping , I think the cab driver told us the street was 5km. of shopping !!! this is all just out your door ! the area is safe , we were out all times of day and night !

Although the hotel is on the Mariahilfer str. and my room was facing the street; no external street noise was reaching my room. The bed is also cozy so I had a perfect rest and sleep. The staff is very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Location and cleanliness.

Absence of AC - basic breakfast - price. The hotel is a reasonable 3-star, but a 4-star value is overrated at 150 € per night. Uncomfortably hot in warm weather - front rooms noisy - No choice of eggs for breakfast, only hardboiled and cold.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.We realy enjoyed our stay at the hotel.i am definitley going there again

اعجبني في هذا الفندق قبل كل شي المعاملة الرائعة من قبل اصحاب الفندق واحترامهم وتقديرهم للساكن حتى انا النزيل لا يحس بانهم اصحاب هذا النزل بل الجو الأسري هو المخيم على المعاملة. وكذلك ترحيبهم بأس سؤال أو استفسار من قبل النزيل بل هم يبادرونه بالطلب بأن لا يتردد بالسؤال عن أي صعوبه تواجهه سواء داخل الفندق أو حتى خارج الفندق يستطيعون تقديمه له. وكذلك موقع الفندق الجميل والمميز بقربه من شارع المشاة وشوارع التسوق وكذلك محطة الاندرقراند القريبه من جداً ومحلات الأكل والشراب أن موقعه المميز أحد اسباب السكن فيه. وكذلك الانترنت مجاناً وسريعه. أما بوفيه الأقطار فلا أحبذ أن يحجز الأفطار منه لان افطارهم عادي جداً وبسيط جداً ومحدود.

Not alot. The only good thing was the location, near the underground and a 10 minute walk to the inner ring. Large spacious family room.

Parking was a nightmare even though it was near the hotel. The system in place was a shambles to exit the car park - Always had to ask the car park attendant for assistance as the exit tickets provided by the hotel were out of date and not valid. The owner was an old and arrogant man and rude. Breakfast was poor - no space in the little area where all the food was. Staff were rude too at breakfast time (clearly taking after the owner). Bedroom was spacious but the shower was not cleaned properly. I strongly advise others against staying at this hotel.

People at the reception are very kind and helpful.. they all speak English. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good for the price. The localization is very good, it's easy to get there by metro.

Well.. the temperature got down.. it was cold in the room and the heating system was not working.. They had to give us portable heaters and extra blankets!! They were helpful anyway!

Location is really good!

Doors are not sound-proof and if there are a lot of guests in the corridor you can hear them and they can hear you.

The hotel has a friendly environment and is suitable for family.

La sua posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti,la metropolitana a 2 passi, via dello shopping vivace. Camera silenziosa, spaziosa e pulita. Personale, gentile e discreto....

Fajny nie duży hotelik dobrze usytuowany, blisko stacji metra, dobra baza wypadowa, przy głównej ulicy handlowej, czysto schludnie jak w austrii i niedrogo. Polecam.

Dobra lokalizacja

Bardzo ubogie śniadania w małej jadalni, w której brakowało miejsc. Spodziewałem się lepszych warunków w hotelu 4-o gwiazdkowym.
