I like the amplacement of the hotel, the rooms, easy acces (at the hotel, in the hotel, in the room), knowledge of the stuff about everythings that we ask. they have to work at quality and quantity of the food |

The possition, for shopping is excellent. The reception staff, is very repulsive, but i think it was the owner of the hotel. |

I needed Internet connection and the staff gave me a room with better reception, even though the room was larger than what I was paying for. |

The hotel was very central and very clean. Free wireless was very useful. Room was large and bed was comfortable. There were not enough electrical outlets throughout the room. We had to unplug the TV for an extra one. The desk didn't have a useful outlet for our computer, for instance. |

The positioning of the hotel was really great. Very close to the U-bahn, the city center and Museums Quartier The mattress was a bit too soft for my back and I ended up with back aches and not sleeping the first couple of nights. |

Friendly atmosphere and family like environment. The hotel is situated in a very central location. Maybe during the hot period an electric fan is not quite sufficient for comfort. One might consider an air conditioning system. |

Its closeness to the city center. Being right on the best shopping streent of Vienna. Very nice rooms(compare to its price). Its very warm and pleasant atmosphere, very kind staff that were ready to help and its excellent continental breakfast. The main entrance to the hotel could have been better. |
