It is very near to the vienna down town, well comunicated the tram and the subway are very near. I was charged for the pay of the room there, and i am still not sure if i payed twice for the room. |

A good value for the money, and especially the breakfast was excellent for this category. When ordering, there was the checking out time 12.00. We are people in age, so we like to have a rest before leaving last day. But the staff (the receptionist by phone asking about leaving, the cleaning personal with knocks at the door) between 11.00 and 11.45 (we leaved at 11.45) was disturbing us 4 times. |

The staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was normal It doesn't really give the idea of clean, it's noisy, essential services and 3 stars are a bit too much for that..for that price i could've surely had better...i think pictures are taken from another hotel, my room surely wasn't like that! |

The location was excellent.The hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful.The price very nice for Vienna.The room was clean and ther was enough space. We would prefer some vegetables for breakfast and some heating instructions . |

I like hotel, very clean, staff was very polite. Very good point to stay, close to center. I recommend it to everybody. Price for parking pretty high.1/4 of price for accomodation. |

I was visiting Vienna to represent it to my family. It was nice, rooms were really good for reasonable price. Just one amberassing thing - we are from Lithuania, and receptionist asked do we need visa, are you in EU and so on... we felt strange, for these questions he could better use internet and do not "show off" with his knowledge...it made bad impression. |

The hotel is located very close to main streets and has also a good location if you came by car. The rooms are silent despite the location. The garage is big advantage to park the car in the center of Vienna for reasonable price rate of EUR 15/day. |

I enjoyed our room and breakfast. Reception/lobby area and restaurant should be separated. Both too basic and smelt badly. I would recommend you to change the chemicals which are being used in order to have a nice aroma in there. |

The hotel was homely, easily accessible, economical, comfortable and friendly staff. Shopping was very easy. trams were there hence need not walk for a long distance. As the hotel located near Westbanhof easy to travel to so many places and also as the hotel was built around traditional areas of Vienna. Breakfast was superb. I once again say 3 cheers to hotel staff. I would recommend this to all of my friends who travel to Vienna. |

Close to main shopping area and excellent public transport. The room was long but too narrow. There was a spare bed in the room not made up and in poor condition.The buffet breakfast should have greater variety of food. |
