Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel,restauration très bonne avec un menu très varié . Pour les non fans du nudisme ,faire abstraction du hamam, sauna.ne pas oublier de le mentionner ,c'etait la seule petite décèption. |

The staff were pleasant,efficient and cortious.The food was excellent particularily the dinner with a varied and imaginitive menu beautifully presented. The overall interior decor was a little stark and clinical. |

Stayed there on a skiing holiday. They kindly organised the ski equipment hire and ski passes. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before driving to the ski lift. A full days skiing could then be followed by a relax in the saunas. Very good choice of excellent food in the evenings. I would definitely recommend the hotel. A lot of noise from the kitchen at the end of the evening - sounds like some big cutlery washer! |

The kids swimmed every day in the nice and warm swimming pool. The afternoon tea was supposed to be included. Turned out that the snacks were included but they charged extra for the tea. The abcence of ventilation in the room. |

Many efforts to have best services,and they succeeded.Nice rooms,nice pool,good food.Everything almost perfect ! Location not very convenient.They have a shuttle but somehow not the same as central positioned or close to bus station. |

Silence and staff concern about guest and their needs. Sugestion to stay in hotel for dinner because its includeed in room price except drinks and their suggestion about other restorants in the area. |

The restaurant in quite good. The sauna and relaxing area are exclusively nude area therefore people that want to "stay dressed" (with the swimming suite) are not welcomed. |

Excelent choice money vs quality.Best restaurant in Kaprun you'll find it here, and it has few good surprises for you aswell...The views are great, durring the sommer you can still see the snow on the highest peaks surrownding the area. The lake near by, Zell am See , can offer you beach areas and rental - water sport facilities. |

The high quality cooking of the hotel restaurant. Anyway, all the services included in the hotel rate were excellent. We expected that in a four-star hotel the staff would speak Italian. |

The staff was friendly, the food was good, the rooms were clean, beautiful location. They also had free childcare from 12pm to 9pm. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever went to kaprun again, we'll be staying here again. The pillows were too soft and the mattress was a bit saggy in the middle. |

Wir haben zwischen unserer standesamtlichen und der kirchlichen Trauung eine Woche Urlaub im Rudolfshotel gemacht und als junges Ehepaar eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Aufgrund des familiaeren Ambientes und des super netten Personals fuehlt man sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind geraeumig und sauber, die Betten bequem, die Balkons mit Liegestuehlen sowie Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Nein, ausser das der Urlaub bereits nach einer Woche wieder vorbei war. |

De ambiance, het feit dat we een upgrade kregen omdat het een rustigere periode was, de enorme keuze voor het diner ( 4 gangenmenu (met keuze!) én saladebuffet én verse vruchten buffet). Mooie Spa beneden. Attentie van mailtje voor en achteraf sturen door het hotel zelf. |

Příjemná atmosféra, ochotný a milý personál, skvělá obsluha a jídlo, velký výběr vynikajících vín, krásné zázemí pro odpočinek - bazén, sauny. Určitě se tam vrátíme. |
