Очень хороший отель,чистый и уютный,комнаты большие с балконом,питание приятно удивило для отеля в котором ужины включены,можно сказать на очень высоком уровне.Прибывание в нем оставило приятные воспоминания. |

Everything from the time of our arrival until our departure. The receptionist was extremely helpful, the room was lovely and well equipped, there was an extensive breakfast buffet (warm and cold) and the choice of evening meals was superb and the food was delicious and of a high standard. The only disappointment was that the bar area in the evening was in reception and lacked cosiness and atmosphere. |

Very good hotel, comfortable room and generally excellent food. Close to amenities, but still out of the centre of the town. One small negative point that the drinks in the hotel restaurant seem on the expensive side. |

The hotel was great in every way. All the food, especially evening dinner, was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic holiday based at this hotel. |

The staff were pleasant,efficient and cortious.The food was excellent particularily the dinner with a varied and imaginitive menu beautifully presented. The overall interior decor was a little stark and clinical. |

Stayed there on a skiing holiday. They kindly organised the ski equipment hire and ski passes. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before driving to the ski lift. A full days skiing could then be followed by a relax in the saunas. Very good choice of excellent food in the evenings. I would definitely recommend the hotel. A lot of noise from the kitchen at the end of the evening - sounds like some big cutlery washer! |

The kids swimmed every day in the nice and warm swimming pool. The afternoon tea was supposed to be included. Turned out that the snacks were included but they charged extra for the tea. The abcence of ventilation in the room. |

Many efforts to have best services,and they succeeded.Nice rooms,nice pool,good food.Everything almost perfect ! Location not very convenient.They have a shuttle but somehow not the same as central positioned or close to bus station. |

Silence and staff concern about guest and their needs. Sugestion to stay in hotel for dinner because its includeed in room price except drinks and their suggestion about other restorants in the area. |

The restaurant in quite good. The sauna and relaxing area are exclusively nude area therefore people that want to "stay dressed" (with the swimming suite) are not welcomed. |

La qualité et le niveau d'hôtellerie réellement 4 étoiles (normes françaises). Le professionalisme de tout le personnel. L'acceuil et la gentillesse. La qualité des repas (Breakfast comme dîner). Les efforts pour traduire en français (qui n'est malheureusement pas beaucoup pratiqué en Autriche) ou pour apprendre quelque mots de Français. Le Spa très équipé, très propre, spacieux avec des zones de repos très agréables. La piscine toujours impeccable et un solarium engazonné bien exposé. Le forfait 1/2 pension proposé avec des menus au choix varié et etendu, une carte de remplacements...et un rapport qualité/prix assez attratif... All was perfect and we realy enjoyed our stay. De ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps et de ne pas savoir quand nous y retournerons. Want to stay more, but... |

Heerlijk eten in een rustig kader. Vriendelijk personeel die tijd nemen om met de gasten te praten. Er wordt regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens is. Kindvriendelijk. |

De combinatie van gastvrijheid, ontspanning en goed eten van het hotel samen met een ongelofelijk mooi berglandschap waar je uitstekend kunt bergwandelen. Complimenten voor het personeel en de kok!! Geen! Maar in eerdere recensies wordt negatief gedaan over de "stijle" klim van en naar het centrum van Kaprun, dat is volgens mij grote onzin, het is een eenvoudige wandeling van 5 minuten als je achter het hotel (linker kant) naar beneden loopt. Als je de weg volgt die je gekomen bent met de auto moet je iets langer lopen en heb je iets meer te klimmen. Maar uiteindelijk ga je op vakantie naar Oostenrijk, dan kun je dat verwachten ;-) |

Wir haben zwischen unserer standesamtlichen und der kirchlichen Trauung eine Woche Urlaub im Rudolfshotel gemacht und als junges Ehepaar eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Aufgrund des familiaeren Ambientes und des super netten Personals fuehlt man sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind geraeumig und sauber, die Betten bequem, die Balkons mit Liegestuehlen sowie Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Nein, ausser das der Urlaub bereits nach einer Woche wieder vorbei war. |
