la verdad es que me esperaba algo más. El hotel tiene mucha historia, y está en un lugar privilegiado, pero esperaba algo más. La habitación no era muy grande, como lo deben ser los 5 estrellas. Y salvo el que nos aparcó el coche, el resto del personal, era un poco antipático. |

Location was beautiful as we were on the bank of the River Salz, and very convenient, waling only took 5 mins into town. Room was beautifully decorated in period style. No tea making facilities |

From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Rooms, reception, breakfast area, were expectionally clean and fresh, with plently of fresh flowers everywhere. no coffee or tea facilities in the rooms |

All of the staffs at Hotel Sacher Salzburg were friendly and professional and exceptionally well trained. Their manner of taking care of guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend this hotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little. It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way and still feel it when we think back. |
