Otroligt bra service, hotellpersonal, rummtes renhet och fantastisk frukost. De små överraskningarna på hotellet gjorde det också ännu mer speciellt, fick både champagne och choklad. Det lilla extra för otroligt mycket.Fantastiskt bra! Nej, det var dock synd att det inte var så mycket folk på kvällarna i pianobaren samt restaurangerna. |

Förstklassig service Prisnivå på tjänsternai motsvarande grad. Internetservice har jag mött bättre tidigare. På många hotell får man användarnamn och lösenord vid incheckningen. Det känns naturligt i dag |

Very good location, very, very helpful and nice staff. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, but coffee shops nearby offer better value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing bad to comment about our stay. We would definitly recommend this hotel. |

I loved the location. It was right next to the river and the shops. Beautiful appointed rooms and restaurants to choose from. Staff were friendly and relaxed. |

good service ,good room,feeling like you are the guest of the Lord. good coffee bar and good chocolate-Sache. no hot water (boiler) and coffee in the room. river view must pay more-this should be mentioned in the booking rate so that we cn make decision. |

The stylish but relaxed character and atmosphere, the great location,sitting in the riverside terrace cafe watching the elegant locals stroll past, the views from our rooms, the complimentary piece of Sacher cake and chocolates provided in the rooms....and the very good double glazing during the busy Oktoberfest. |

Rated as a five-star,,,, should be a six... Best hotel staff ever... Parking... a Chinese delegation took over the hotel as I was checking out.... a horror story getting luggage loaded with their entourage blocking access.. |
