1. Swim. pool looks much biigger on the hotel photo than in reality 2. TV set (or TV antenna) was unable to recieve CNN and it was not repaired 3.Very slow and time-limits on Wi-Fi in the lobby and rather expensive connection 10 euro per 24 hs in the room

This is a lovely hotel and they did a lot to make our children feel welcome. The kids had little slippers and robes placed on their beds in addition to a bag of colored pencils and kids shampoo. The included breakfast was very good and had something for everyone...meats, cheeses, eggs, cereal, etc. A beautiful public rose garden is located behind the hotel for walking and also has a children's playground. Though we did not use the spa facilities, this is a spa hotel.

The hotel gave us a voucher for free 30 minutes of wifi to use in the lobby but it would have been nice to have Internet in the room. Everything else was perfect.

The location, the atmosphere in the hotel, the view on the park, the staff.

A very expensive restaraunt

The castle is beautiful. Our room was large with beautiful scenes of the Rose Gardens. The staff were super friendly...spoke great english...and were very helpful. Baden is a gorgeous town with amazing architecture and gardens. There is a great mix of tourist things as well as general shopping if that is interesting for you. The Rose Garden, directly behind the castle is so beautiful!

Overall we loved our time at the hotel. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was really cold. We didn't use the pool at all...plus it seemed only for lap swimming. Another thing about the spa area...it was really uncomfortable for us that the German tourists went into the saunas and basically walked around the sauna area completely naked. I understand there are cultural differences but this was no ok for us. Our room was really beautiful...the bathroom is small...but clean! No fan which is difficult after showers and other stuff! And the rooms were not lit well at all. It was very difficult getting ready in the mornings and things...it was so dark!

I liked it pacified the situation. High-quality food. A magnificent rose garden and park. A wonderful spa. At 200 meters from the hotel open terms.

We rested with the family, but at this time in the hotel were corporate events. The breakfast was always the same.

уютный,красивый парк,хорошие завтраки,месторасположение.недалеко до римских терм.

не понравилось что в спа не отдохнешь с детьми,пространство сауны не отделено от бассейна(холодного к тому же),и их местный колорит(онаженка в сауне) для меня неприятен,к тому же с ребенком не пойдешь. и опять же, спа бесплатный ,но ведь понятно что стоимость его учтена при оплате за отель поэтому в моем случае не было смысла платить брать отель со спа, к тому же вода в бассейне обычная.

отель хороший,спа прекрасный-полотенца халаты все выдавали.парк роз и открытые термы рядом.Завтрак хороший,но когда мы бронировали выбирали улучшенный номер из двух комнат,а приехав в отель нас попытались поселить в однокомнатный номер и сказали,что по нашей цене идет именно этот номер-хотя в подтверждении было четко написано 2 комнаты-на что они сказали это ошибка booking.

Hotelzimmer musste nach 2 Tagen gewechselt werden, da Kloakengeruch aus der Kanalisation kam. Mehrere kleine Glasstücke in einer Suppe beim Verzehr im Restaurant - Direktorin wollte sich melden (Telefon und eMail hinterlassen), Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten

Die Lage direkt am Rosenpark hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das alte Gebäude ist wunderschön und stimmig. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich großzügig.

Der Spa-Bereich ist zwar optisch sehr schön und sauber, liegt aber nicht direkt im Hotel - das bedeutet, man muss ein Stück im Freien gehen (nicht im Bademantel möglich). Das Personal des Spa-Bereiches war wirklich unter jeder Kritik - weder ein Gruß beim Eintreten oder Verlassen noch ein freundlicher Blick - die Reinigungskraft hat mich beim Fönen (mit nassen Haaren im Dezember lässt sich schlecht über den Hof gehen) um 9 uhr !!!! morgens mit ihrem Staubsauger derartig bedrängt und ihren Unmut über mein Vorhandensein gezeigt, dass ich wirklich verärgert war - sehr unprofessionel und eines Hauses dieser Art unwürdig!!!!
