The hotel is nestled above Worthersee with only a 5 minute walk to the lakefront and center of Velden. Our room had a large deck overlooking the nicely landscaped grounds and pool of the hotel. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was very good. |

The personal reception & service upon my late arrival. Except for that I was out for business all the time. Also the prompt accept of keeping my room till departure late afternoon without additional price |

De medewrekers zijn zeer gemotiveerd en behulpzaam.Reacties op vragen onzerzijds was zeer adequaat. Diener was goed verzorgd.en gevarieerd. Kamer comfort was eveneesn goed . Stoelen, deze zouden evt vervangen kunnen worden door twee kleine club fauteuiltjes |

vriendelijk-gastvrij-behulpzaam-heel goed eten en ontbijt-schone kamer,wij voelen ons daar thuis.geen poeha en toch discreet. Het was onze derde keer dat we in dit hotel waren,en heb niets kunnen bedenken waar we niet tevreden over waren. |

Schitterend complex met een heerlijk zonnige tuin met alle comfort.Ruim, modern ingerichte kamers voorzien van nieuwe LCD schermen. Vriendelijk en leuk personeel en een eigenaresse die zich als ware gastvrouw ontpopt. Een uiterst compleet wellness center completeert het geheel. Voor oudere mensen kan de toegangsweg naar het prive strandbad een behoorlijke klim zijn op de terugweg. |
