The staff were welcoming and so helpful with advice on where to go within Vienna and helping with forward travel plans. Great location just on the edge of the old town and 3 minutes walk from a metro station. |

This is actually a pension now, and not belonging to Shermin family anymore. The stay was pleasant but the price was definitely too high for what you are offered. |

The apatment is clean and had interenet. The owner assisted us in calling a taxi to leave for the airport. That was the total service extended. The admitting office to pick up your key is a mile from the apartment. It cost ten euros for a taxi for that mile because the hotel has a set cost with the taxi company. The entrance to both the admitting office and the apartment itself looks like an abandon warehouse. There is no maid sevice and no telephone . The owner who lives in the same building said we could use his phone but he was never home. We had to go to a hotel a few blocks away and ask them to book a tour for us. We also had to have the tour bus pick us up and drop us at a regular hotel. We would not stay here again. |

Confort, propreté, style (parquet, hauts-plafonds), accessibilité (proximité centre ville et Naschmarkt), on y trouvait le minimum nécessaire pour dépanner (café, liquide vaisselle, huile,...). Bref, très bonne adresse ! |

スタッフは人によって差はあるものの、フレンドリーな人が多かった。また、地下鉄駅にも近く、オペラ座など- の主要な観光地へも歩いていける。朝食はやや寂しいが、ヨーロッパとしては普通だと思う。 インターネットにつなげない。（ホテルに一台PCがあるが、有料でちょっと高い） |
