The proximity to the city center. A narrow cul-de-sac street and inconvenient parking. |

Close to historic city center, vicinity of one of the cable cars, good public transportation possibilities, free parking. Quet, silent neighbourhood. Uphill climbing getting home. Breakfast ample but with little phantasy. No elevator (luckily we stayed on the first floor). |

Wlaking distance from the center. Lack of parking. No elevator in the hotel and lugging bags up four floors twice. |

Hotel was a 15 minute walk to the old town, friendly staff, hearty buffet breakfeast, parking on site (but very limited). No lift, so we took a basement room overlooking parked cars to avoid carrying our bags upstairs only to discover the room was very hot and never did cool down enough to sleep comfortably in. Hotel has no AC, a 3 star hotel should have it. Paper thin pillows. Difficult to find, even the taxi driver had difficulty finding it. |

The very central location to all city facilities within easy walking distance. The no fuss easy feeling the staff extended to us as guests. Pillows are very uncomfortable, but that goes for most European Hotels. Get with it, flat pillows do nothing for supporting your neck when sleeping. |

Friendly staff, fairly good breakfast. Very close to the center of the town We had a reservation for a 3 bed room - we found a 2bed room not large with an extra bed. For one night it was ok. Not for more. |

I especially liked the extra space separated from the sleeping area with view of mountains. The shower was acceptable but in my view needed attention. |

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of the old town, river and railway station, though a bit up hill. The breakfast was good and it was value for money. |

It was close to town and within convenient walking space. It was rather old and creaky. Otherwise it was fair value for money. |

The day manager was helpful with advice about Innsbruck and calling me a taxi. The hotel was well located as a starting point for my walks up the hill to Gramarta and Hungerberg. The hotel was a bit old and small, and was a long hot walk uphill from the train station via the Old Town, but it was just fine for the price. |

We were politely and nicely received. The outside appearance of the hotel id deceiving - it is better than it looks. Very well-situated as above |

Nice location. The family pension is near the city center (at the other side of Inn River, opposite the bridge). If you go by car you should firstly find the narrow passage between the good-locking houses fronting the river (if you see the bus squeezing into the passage – you are on the right way), then turn to the left after the arrow to the hotel (it is 100 meters up from the turn), afterwards... |
