That walk up the hill after a night out is a bit difficult

I enjoyed the fact it was beautifully clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very enjoyable.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The location is close to the inner city.

The directions to the hotel via bus were not as helpful as they could be. Better to say take Bus "A" or "J" to Hofkirche from Landesmuseum, ie, not available from the Hauptbahnhof.

The staff were amazing. The amount of effort they made to help us with our trip planning was like no other place we've stayed at and we've stayed at lots of places. They were enthusiastic and had great personality. It made all the difference. They offered free wif-fi. The locations was about a 10 min walk from the old town. The rooms and breakfast were reasonable.

Very convenient, clean, and nice breakfast. No elevator but overall easy access to the rooms.

Wi-fi is 2 euros per hour.

The Hotel Tautermann is 100 years old which is average age in Innsbruck. If you are looking for an average North American Hotel, this is not the place for you and those hotels are available and 2 - 4 times the cost. The Tautermann is a very nice and clean hotel that I would recommend to anyone looking for European Experience. Has a 3 pce bath with shower, sink and toilet. Bar fridge, small table and 2 chairs, great views. The staff at Tautermann are friendly and very helpful! They serve a nice breakfast of breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices ech morning. They offer laundry services at 5 Euros to wash a load of clothes, so we were able to pack light. Small walk up the hill from old town, but "Bus J"goes up for transportation if needed, but we walked everywhere and it was a safe city. Hotel is close to old town for shopping and a variety of good restaurants.

The only issue is if you don't like walking or physically not fit to walk the 750 Metre walk up the hill to the hotel, it may be a concern. They charge you 2 Euros for 1 hour of internet, which is used up quickly.

Good buffet breakfast included in room rate. Walking distance to the town centre of Innsbruck. Basic, clean, budget room.

A family travelling with older children may experience difficulty fitting in the family room (queen bed and two singles end to end). Luggage needs to be carried up the stairs as there is no lift. No fridge in room. The hotel location may be difficult to find.

Old stuff, no free wifi, very poor breakfast. And I found hairs in my towels and bed.

The people were very friendly, ready to solve problems. Breakfast was good buffet. I went with my little dog and we had a great time. The room had a sort of winter garden really characteristic. Its located walking distance from the center of the city.
