Hotel Tautermann    

Relatively cheap fro Innsbruk at least. The room was clean.

I did not like that the check out was at 11 o'clock in the morning. Furthermore, the room was very old and the toilet was build were the closet were before. This was somehow strange.

The lady at Reception (Katrina?) was efficient and extremely helpful.

Booking.com says that Wi-Fi costs 2 Euros per hour, but the staff informed me that they were changing this policy and that it is now free. Was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and cereals, and was efficiently maintained.

The location was slightly out of the way, being a rather steep climb up out of the old town - lots of inertia to leave the hotel knowing that you have to climb back up.

Good location, away from city centre yet short 5-10 mins walk away. Quiet neighbourhood, clean, friendly staff.

We were on the third floor and there wasn't an elevator. The bathroom was really small and the shower leaked onto the floor, making quite a mess. The room door wouldn't stay closed unless it was locked.

We would have been happy to have had a longer stay.

All hotel staffs are very kind, polite and friendly. The room is crean.

Perfectly placed if you want to ski in Nordkette (we actually walked back tothe hotel from Hungerburg after we had done our skiing). The location is also good because the noise from the town centre does not reach it (even on the New Year night, as I know now by experience). The facilities and staff are just ok.

Please mind that the main entrance has two doors, one of them automatic, while the other is not. Although I never actually crashed my nose against the manual door (expecting it to be automatic too), I only narrowly escaped it at least twice.

Rooms basic. No tea and coffee facilities. Linen very thin. Kitchen staff holding a dog while filly ham and cheese pates. Hairs in yoghurt. Cold water in shower. Supposed to be non smoking and people smoking. Disgusting place and we've just travelled Europe for 3 months. Booked 2 rooms 8 months earlier and still couldn't get them near each other.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. Location was convenient to the city (10-15 min walk).

Family room was big and comfortable , with all apliencies you might need. Half board is useful. Silent.

It is on the road, so we never let children go along.

Close to City, it offered a good breakfast and was clean and friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. They even made us a free lunchbox because we needed to leave so early in the morning that we had no time for breakfast. The room was nice and the beds comfortabel. View from the windows is amazing. You don't have to walk far to get to the center and there is also a buss stop near the hotel. The breakfast was better than we expected.

The shower wasn't very good.

Very nice Hotel. The rooms and bathroom are clean. The Hotel location is very good - very close (10 min walking distance) from the 'Aldstadt' and the main sights of the city. The receptionist are very friendly.

Since it's a bit old, the hotel I guess had lost such category, nowadays it is more a pension. The parking it's a bit tricky, but the staff is quite nice about it.

The room was good. We spent only one night just for aleeping. We were out whole day so cant comment much. The rooms were clean.. The views are excellnt.

The hotel is only 10-15 min wall and you can enjoy the city tour along the way. But when we got there we found the street leading up to the hotel is an uphill walk. There was no way we could have managed with the luggage so we went back to the station and left our bags in the lockers. Not sure if the hotel mentioned about the steep incline.

Nothing. All I can say to future guests is if you dont mind a dirty floor poor water supply, hairy towels and little to eat at breakfast then this is the place for you!

The room carpet was dirty, the toilet seat was cracked,the basin tap was very stiff to turn on and very little water emerged from the tap and from the shower.one bath towel had several long black hairs attached to it!!! And if all that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a joke.no cooked food at all,the large coffee pot contained a darkish liquid which tasted nothing like coffee. The vending machine was slightly better.the bread basket was empty. I went to the kitchen office to find two young women sat nattering.one didnt understand english, the other came and filled the basket and cooked meat tray which was nearly empty.no fruit, very little choice for breakfast.our first and last visit .

in older part of the city and up high with views from windows. Room was large with plenty beds and clean, great hot shower and elaborate breakfast downstairs.

It was a terrible location, hard to find and not very clean.

Furniture really old.

It was the lowest priced hotel/pension I could find with a private bathroom. The location wasn't bad, but you do have to scramble up a hill.

There is no elevator/lift, so we had to climb five flights of stairs to our room which was on the top floor.
