Location in Kirchberg near centre, restaraunts and ski bus Room wasn't that clean. One of the beds wasn't made up and had "old" clothing under the pillow. A full ashtray was left on the balkon table. |

The staff were most helpful and the facilities suited us very well. We weren't affected too badly, but the parking provision was a little problematic - insufficient spaces available. |

Very nice location and village - Very nice room (clean, good size with view on the montains) I don't understand why some guests marked the hotel low as you got exactly what they advertise - a nice friendly atmosphere and good quality & excellent value for money - I really did enjoy my stay! |

Das Hotel ist central gelegen, die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich. Die Betten verfügen über sehr gute Matrazen, die besten, die ich je in einem Hotel vorfand. Das Hotel liegt an der Kitzbühelstrasse, die sehr stark befahren ist, daher ist man dem Strassenlärm ausgesetzt, besonders wenn das Zimmer gegen die Strasse liegt, wie ich es hatte. |

L'accés internet de bonne qualité, le petit déj' copieux, et le calme de l'hotel. La demi pension s'effectue dans un restaurant en ville à 10 min à pied de l'hôtel.la parking privé est trés reduit. |

Gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Service. Im Gemeinschaftsraum können größere Gruppen gut zusammen sitzen. Parkplätze knapp. 24-Stunden-Rezeption existiert nur telefonisch. Küchenzeile dürftig ausgestattet. Sauna abends geschlossen. |

Miła obsługa i luźna atmosfera, możliwośc nawiązania kontaktu z innymi gośćmi podczas śniadania. Niezły bufet sniadaniowy. Poza jedną osobą właściwie stale nieobecną nikt nie mówi po angielsku. Sprzątanie pokoju najwyzej na trójkę, był dzień kiedy mój pokój w ogóle nie był sprzątnięty. W wyposażeniu pokoju brakuje wygodnego fotela, na którym można usiąść z książką. Wieczorem musiałam kłaść się do łóżka aby poczytać książkę. |

We hadden een goed ontvangst. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Ze hebben ons verblijf zeer aangenaam gemaakt. Wij hadden voor 4 personen een kamer met een slaapkamer.De bedden in de slaapkamer waren prima, maar de slaapbank in de woonkamer was erg hard. |

Ik kreeg in tegenstelling tot twee eenpersoons kamers(zoals geboekt) De eerste nacht een 3persoonskamer pas de volgende nachten hadden we een,eenpersoonskamer zoals geboekt.Ik kreeg er geen kompensatie voor financiel welteverstaan. |
