- El amable señor que estaba en recepción la noche que llegamos y que hablaba ingles - tiene parking gratuito aunque una noche estaba lleno Falta de ascensor, falta de servicio de cafetería para tomar algo sin tener que abandonar el hotel en una zona algo aislada, presión de agua en ducha insuficiente - falta de aire acondicionado para enfriar (hacía 28 grados en la calle) y había letreros que decian que por problemas con los vecinos se mantuvieran cerradas las ventanas - Internet gratuita pero se corta continuamente. |

El hotel consiste en un edificio central y otros 2 o 3 edificios en los que están las habitaciones. Tiene muchas posibilidades pero tienen que acabar de renovarlo. A excepción del comedor, el hotel está muy anticuado. Las habitaciones son bastante feas con muebles viejos y de mala calidad. El comedor está restaruado con referencias de Mozart y está muy bonito. Cuando acaben de reformarlo estará muy bonito. No se puede ir a pié al centro. Los autobuses son frecuentes pero acaban a las 23:00. |

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good for the standard European breakfast. The location is great if you don't mind using the city bus. Highly recommend you purchase your bus and tour tickets at the hotel, it's the best deal in town. |

Staff were friendly and helpful It was very cold, no heating in the room. No food available although advertised as restaurant and cafe. People smoked in all the public rooms. |

The hotel was in a very good area. The parking possibility is a very good option as we drived there. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the rooms were quite beautiful. I think it was a little humidity in the rooms. |

The hotel was directly on a bus line, and the room was clean and comfortable. It advertised that it had a cafe and restaurant, and they said they didn't. They did serve breakfast, but I suppose they didn't serve lunch or dinner anymore. |

Although the hotel is not located in the main city, it has the good transportation as the bus stops in front of the hotel, it is easy to find if we are from the Salzburg main train station. The staff is nice and the lobby is reall nice. The price of the hotel is quite cheap so we cannot expect it is perfect but we still satisfy it. We booked a standard double room but it seemed to be a small room, as we found difference from the photo in booking.com and the staff insisted that was a standard room....really don't know is it our problem. Another matter is no air-conditioning in the room so we needed to open the windows during the whole night, and most of the rooms face to the street so it is noisy but lucky we slept well. |

It was definately a great value for you money. Nothing fancy but small and clean. The beds were squeaky and interent did not work as advertise. I was not able to get any signal in my 2nd floor room. |

The write up on the internet and the pictures where accurate. The hotel was just what we expected with no surprises. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a variety of fresh breads/rolls, meats & cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea/coffee, and fresh jams. The hotel desk clerk was very helpful and sold us bus tickets as well as helped us find a nice restaurant for dinner. |

The room (in the villa) for 3 people was bigger than expected. Wi-fi was free and reasonably fast and the breakfast was good. Connection to the city center was also good as the hotel is directly in front of buses going to the center. Not much to dislike. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaning staff did a great job. It was not as close to the center of town as I would have wanted. Takes about 15 minutes with the bus. Buses don't run often enough, especially on holidays, so we had to wait once about 20 minutes for a bus. To me, it's a hotel where you would definitely want to have a car with you. Hotel is clean, but a bit run down on the inside and musty smelling. The price was a bit high for what we got. |

Comfortable rooms but not a lot in the immediate area, hotel said restaurant but when we went to eat in it we were told it was for group bookings only, not ideal! Do not book the villa part of hotel if you dont like spiders!!! We had to moved as our room was literally infested-without windows being opened! |
