到着時の対応とても良く、サービスのチョコレートをいただきました。質問等とても親切に答えてくださいました。チェックアウト時は違う職員で特に良い対応ではありませんでしたが…。施設としてはヨーロッパの古都らしく重厚な感じがして気に入りましたが、トリプルとしてはかなり狭い感じを受けました。立地条件や料金を考えると妥当かと思います。旧市街へのバス停がホテルの目の前にありとても便利でした。

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good for the standard European breakfast. The location is great if you don't mind using the city bus. Highly recommend you purchase your bus and tour tickets at the hotel, it's the best deal in town.

The hotel was in a very good area. The parking possibility is a very good option as we drived there. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and the rooms were quite beautiful.

I think it was a little humidity in the rooms.

Although the hotel is not located in the main city, it has the good transportation as the bus stops in front of the hotel, it is easy to find if we are from the Salzburg main train station. The staff is nice and the lobby is reall nice. The price of the hotel is quite cheap so we cannot expect it is perfect but we still satisfy it.

We booked a standard double room but it seemed to be a small room, as we found difference from the photo in booking.com and the staff insisted that was a standard room....really don't know is it our problem. Another matter is no air-conditioning in the room so we needed to open the windows during the whole night, and most of the rooms face to the street so it is noisy but lucky we slept well.

Location and rate

Courteous and efficient front dest staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Classic, but well-renovated hotel with lots of old world charm with new-world convenience.

The room (in the villa) for 3 people was bigger than expected. Wi-fi was free and reasonably fast and the breakfast was good. Connection to the city center was also good as the hotel is directly in front of buses going to the center.

Not much to dislike.

Comfortable rooms but not a lot in the immediate area, hotel said restaurant but when we went to eat in it we were told it was for group bookings only, not ideal!

Do not book the villa part of hotel if you dont like spiders!!! We had to moved as our room was literally infested-without windows being opened!

the room wasn't on the street but still very noisy and isolation is quite bad

Good value for money, especially when you need to find a free private parking for your car!

It would be great if they provide hair drier in the room...
