fast internet There is a lot of construction work going on, there is no resting possible. There was no info writen on booking.com. Telephones are not working at the hotel. Also a small bottle of orange juice in the minibar costs 3 euro, too expensive. The cleaning personel are also loud in the morning, and they come inside without knocking, there is also no -no disturb- sign available to hang on the door. There is also no free parkingspace in 2 blocks everytime I want to park.

Hotel Vienna is a really nice hotel. It is a five minute walk from the u1 station praterstern and is near the park prater. The staff is very friendly and adequate. I will definetely stay there again The breakfast is not an american one(no croissants or omelete). In our bathroom there was no glass in the shower and the water was flooding the floor.

The Hotel has no sound isolation, you can hear everything going around outside the room in the street, the aisle, the rooms.

Cleanliness of room and the design is very comfortable with high standard. Value for money is great and I loved the breakfast menu. The staff are excellent and service really friendly. I would have liked to stay longer and I would definitely recommend Hotel Vienna to visitors. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Very close to the metro/ tram station. Some restaurants and convenience shops are nere from the hotel. Hotel staffs are nice and hotel is warm atmosphere. A little too thin wall. Cannot manage the temperature in the room by myself. (In my case, it's little too warm.)

The hotel was way below our expectations from a hotel that has 4 stars and a 8.3 points from booking.com. To start with breakfast was very poor; left over bread, only 1 type of cheese and nothing else for vegetarians not even eggs, bad quality fruit nectar and tee! Our child could not eat anything. No air conditioning in the room, the hotel was heated centrally and we had no control over the room temperature. The furniture was useless, all there is a bunch of shelves... no closed cabinet so that one can settle a bit. We had to keep everything in our travel bags. We think that the hotel is overpriced for what it is. No vending machine or coffee machine or food in the bar so that one can get a bite or sth to drink at night.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, spacious and comfortable room, nice breakfast, very good location (near U-bahn, near Prater park and Madame Tussauds Museum).Free wi-fi. The bathroom has transparent doors and walls, so its difficult to use the toilet with another person in the room.

close to centrum, very easy metro the breakfast was incredible bad! i drunk old milk!! i almost vomit there! even the choices of breakfast was very "poor".. this is the shame, coz hotel was very nice, during the winter time the room was very hot , nice and also bathroom was clean....but the breakfast they finish everything...for this reason, i dont think so, i will go back to Hotel vienna.. maybe other ppl they dont pay attention that much for breakfast , but me i do, and also my family... will think very well for my next trip if i will go back there.. good luck

Easy to approach from Praterstern Ubahn station, helping staff, nice clean rooms, triple room is actually a separate single room other than the double bed room rather than a single bed placed alongwith the double bed, near to Prater and all major sights by Ubahn Probably the see through bathroom

Proximity to underground stations. The hotel is too noisy at night. You can hear conversations, running water etc. in rooms next to your room and below it.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station, with a short walk access to St. Stephen square, the restaurant district and shopping. The hotel itself is in a bit of a run down area with this hotel being one of the early buildings modernized on the street. There is ample evidence of restoration and moderizing of many others on the street making this a lovely find for a stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous and the breakfast excellent.

Free wireless in the rooms, nice and new rooms. Location, even if 5m walk from tub station the area is decadent. Better to stay south Vienna.
