Hotel Wien is in excellent location 15 minutes walk to the center. Rooms are quite comfortable with excellent modern furniture lcd tv excellent clean bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast and espresso during meals is excellent. The hotel is for each recommendation. |

location and room. it is renovated and we have a nice room .Parking was on the site and we find free places. the staff - it was a old woman , very unfriendly and .....they must hire other person. |

Friendly atmosphere, quiet heighborhood, clean and cozy room and really smoke-free like requested, excellent bed and pillow, good quality cold breakfast. The only minus comes from cigarrette smoke in the corridor. Luckily the room was fresh and smoke-free. |

Well designed room. Very large & clean. Well equipment. Nice bathroom. Wi-Fi cover was bad. I had a signal only near the window and had disconnections every few minutes. When I complained about it, the hotel staff told me it's because they upgrading the network or something... |

Good location, friendly staff, nice charming hotel near Prater in quiet street. Clean rooms, family ambient. I don't know how this hotel got 4 stars, no chance to be more than 2 or 3 stars. Old furniture, bads and bathrooms. Breakfast was poor, buffet breakfast, but with just a few different meals. I choose this hotel becouse it has very nice pictures on Your website, and I thought that it's best value for money for 4 star hotel. |

The hotel was very nice and clean, with large rooms, good staff and close enough to the city center. They should have A/C in the rooms, better connection to the wi-fi internet and give the same type of room when more couples are together! One of the rooms I've booked was excellent, but the other one was smaller and was not renovated, although I've booked them together and payed the same price! |

Very nice decorated and spacious room, big terrace, very nice and helpful receptionist ( young blonde woman ), close to the metro and the Prater, quiet, good value for money if you consider it's Viena, good breakfast The entrance of the hotel and the front desk area are small and look like a 2-3 star hotel, not a 4 one |

This hotel is sold as a 4 star hotel. Everything in the hotel is far from that. The hotel (standard in general, maintenance, services) is rather 2½ star. |

I had to ask for a fan, which quantity was limited) (-) No decent restaurants within the neighberhood (-) Breakfast: very basic (-) No confirmation from the hotel for private parking, if there is a private parking at all (I reserved but found out, on the spot, that there was no space...in the end, I parked in public areas for free because it was the weekend...the hotel told me that they never give feedback to customers' requests...?!?) |

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was great, location was alright. Alexander is helpful. Woman at desk less tahn helpful, and quite rude at times. Rooms were pretty warm, with no ventilation unless you open front door and windows. |

Readiness and politeness of hotel staff. Modern design of rooms and art design of corridors, which surprisingly are in a harmony. Warm hospitality of staff working at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located near the underground and it is very easy to get anywhere in Vienna. |

The cleanliness and calm. Despite advertising to the contrary, the WIFI internet does not work in the rooms. I had to always go down to the reception to check the net. That's a bit of bother. |
