I loved everything especially the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the bathrooms. I loved it and I will stay in it again. Staff was so friendly and I was right next to the Prater amusement park which I wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy were it not for the Hotel's proximity to it! It was only a 10 min. Walk and I loved every minute of it even though it was a rainy day! And there's a Cafe Aida as well! Loved it!!

A convenient location in walking distance to the centre. Comfortable and spacious room and decent breakfast. The hotel is advertising as four star, but in reality it is not more than a good three star. Nevertheless the price is under Vienna conditions reasonnable and the hotel can be recommended.

Hotel is a little off the center but close to public transport so no problem to travel around. Facilities, room, staff, breakfast, were all very good, hotel was refurbished recently. One thing about the room though and the very liberal architect who designed it: I booked a triple room with my 2 adult children. Room was very nice albeit the bathroom/toilet wall was see-through glass so you could see and hear everything there! quite uncomfortable, at least to us, and we needed to take precautions before using it... bear that in mind or make sure you get another room if it's not up to your taste!

Very friendly staff, nice people always willing to help. Nice and spacious room and excellent breakfast options. Mixture of classic and modern decoration and furniture. I definately recommend this hotel. Funcionários muito amigáveis, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Quarto espaçoso e excelentes opções no café da manhã. Uma decoraçã misturada entre o clássico e o moderno, interssante. Eu recomendo este hotel, sem sombra de dúvidas. Bathroom with glass doors so you can see everything from the outside. Beautiful but quite embarrasing if you're travelling with friends (I was in a triple room), lack of privacy. Banheiro moderno com portas em vidro transparente. Embora seja bonito pode ser meio invasivo se estiver viajando entre amigos ( fiquei em um quarto triplo ). Falta privacidade.

I stayed in a single room that was very well designed and comfortable. The bed about a 3/4bed, beautiful bathroom and clean. Staff friendly and helpful....and important, good coffee at breakfast. I would suggest a warmer service during breakfast and not just the kitchen lady/cleaner keeping an eye. Feels a bit clinical.

Cleanliness of room and the design is very comfortable with high standard. Value for money is great and I loved the breakfast menu. The staff are excellent and service really friendly. I would have liked to stay longer and I would definitely recommend Hotel Vienna to visitors. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Very close to the metro/ tram station. Some restaurants and convenience shops are nere from the hotel. Hotel staffs are nice and hotel is warm atmosphere. A little too thin wall. Cannot manage the temperature in the room by myself. (In my case, it's little too warm.)

Very friendly and helpfull staff, spacious and comfortable room, nice breakfast, very good location (near U-bahn, near Prater park and Madame Tussauds Museum).Free wi-fi. The bathroom has transparent doors and walls, so its difficult to use the toilet with another person in the room.

close to centrum, very easy metro the breakfast was incredible bad! i drunk old milk!! i almost vomit there! even the choices of breakfast was very "poor".. this is the shame, coz hotel was very nice, during the winter time the room was very hot , nice and also bathroom was clean....but the breakfast they finish everything...for this reason, i dont think so, i will go back to Hotel vienna.. maybe other ppl they dont pay attention that much for breakfast , but me i do, and also my family... will think very well for my next trip if i will go back there.. good luck

Easy to approach from Praterstern Ubahn station, helping staff, nice clean rooms, triple room is actually a separate single room other than the double bed room rather than a single bed placed alongwith the double bed, near to Prater and all major sights by Ubahn Probably the see through bathroom

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station, with a short walk access to St. Stephen square, the restaurant district and shopping. The hotel itself is in a bit of a run down area with this hotel being one of the early buildings modernized on the street. There is ample evidence of restoration and moderizing of many others on the street making this a lovely find for a stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous and the breakfast excellent.
